- The breakfast!The whole experience was the worst I have encountered at any hotel.Cold food, things were empty and not refilled.I asked the attendant if she could refill the breads as the case was empty. She brought me ONE bagel. Silverware was dirty.Yuck!
- Our room was disgustingly dirty. There is new carpet so that wasn't bad but there was dirt all around the edges in both kitchen and bath. Cob webs from ceiling, and dirty surfaces all over. Bring Clorox wipes with you. Looked touched up not cleaned.
- The one thing I did not like about the hotel was the laundry room. If you have a Laundry room Machine that takes change, The hotel should have change Or cash on hand available to convert from dollars to change So laundry can we done. It was very annoying

Breakfast could have been better
I was really disappointed to be asked to leave my room for an hour so the carpets could be cleaned. The hotel wasn't any more than half full -- why couldn't it wait until my room was vacant?
Beautiful large room awesome patio with grill
The outdoor patio and location next to the Fox River
pool was closed
Close to the airport, and the common areas are very clean.
They advertise an Airport Shuttle, but informed me on checkin that they don't offer it any more. No offer to help with a cab or Uber, so I paid an extra $30 out of pocket to Uber to the airport in the morning. If you need a shuttle, go elsewhere!
SIZE OF ROOM
BEING CHARGED 3 TIMES NORMAL FOR GAME DAY IS LAME. THERE IS NO BODY WORKING THE BAR...WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE?

Not really downtown
we got stuck in the snow storm and the staff was great to work with in extending our stay. Breakfast was great.
No hot tube. I was charged twice for the room. once through you, on my husband's credit card, for the original price and another, on my debit card for, for the original price plus the cost of another night stay. My debit was refunded the original price.
The rooms were very nice! Love the full kitchen!
The only negative was that there was no hot tub. Otherwise, we loved it!
