My kids liked the pools and the big slide

Chemicals were so strong in the pool room, the end of the night I couldn’t talk and it was hard to breath. Also would be nice if the room had a microwave in it.

The hotel was located close to the mall and about a 3-5 min commute to the football stadium. Also, the hotel had a kid pool equipped with a water slide.

The hotel is in need of repair on the inside. The wallpaper was separating from the wall inside the hotel room. Moreover, although this hotel was a Ramada Inn that was updated, the outside reminded me of an updated motel.

Friendly staff, comfortable mattress, on site Starbucks and restaurant was nice

Pool was cold hot tub was cold and jets didn't work and the kiddy pool was shut down that is why we chose this hotel

Well I thought it was going to be the waterslide, but no! Broken!

Well, I went there to have the kids use the slide etc. while I sat in the hot tub. Well, the slide and hot tub were broken!!! Also, you need another elevator in the lobby! Disaster!

Beds were comfortable

The hot tub was down the pool was freezing cold slide wasn't working gave us free breakfast and the breakfast was horrible including the customer service

Checkin was great! Staff was friendly and we were upgraded to a pool side room which made my little girls dream! Location is fantastic to shopping & vareity of restaurants.

The hotel needs a major upgrade/remodel in the rooms; carpet is worn, wallpaper is buckling, the bathrooms are sketchy and beds are terrible! DO NOT EAT the breakfast buffet hosted by the in-house restaurant - it's Terrible!

Last time I was at this hotel it had a different name. I like the upgraded newer version.

Wish they had free breakfast

It was a cold night after a packer victory hotel provided us with hot chocolate.

The room was excellent for the price.

The Delta made me pay an additional $79.00. they said it was due to a staff error, but they didn't fix the problem, yet.

Location is great! Close to shopping, stadium, zoo, easy access to highway.

It was FILTHY! We noticed our bedding was dirty (old makeup or blood stains and a lighter red food substance). Notified staff. We left for the day, came back to bedding still on bed just stains and food moved to "hide" near foot of bed instead of by head.

Easy access.

No microwave in the room. Small, slow elevator.

Location is very convenient.

The shower did not drain but the staff addressed it immediately when told.

Cleanliness could be better, specially in bath room.

First of all they let me sleep in the street that night and refused to give me a night because I was 15$ short for deposit

The rooms were clean and the TVs and bathrooms had great updates.

The remodel of this hotel is fantastic The pool / water slide need different lighting. . The whirlpool lighting was stark and uninviting not a relaxing atmosphere so I passed on it Change the lights or dim them

The hot tub was too cold. The waterslide was also cold! The Sauna was closed.
