    Pros +

    • The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.
    • Quiet room w/nice view, easy to control HVAC. NICE breakfast
    • the breakfast was one of the best free hotel ones, i have seen. Excellent variety and well stocked. very clean rooms and updated nicely!

    Cons -

    • The carpet was very old and the room was a little musty smelling. Most depressed about the old atrium fountain and plants gone. It was so beautiful back in the day.
    • The first room we went in had a terrible smell of mold and the front desk said that the hotel was full and didn't know if they had another room. The second room smelled better butt the sofa was worn out and the AC filters where clogged
    • Parking was a problem. Different instructions from different desk staff. ENTRY was HARD to find. Current reno is apparently to blame, but temp. signage WOULD BE NICE!

the breakfast was one of the best free hotel ones, i have seen. Excellent variety and well stocked. very clean rooms and updated nicely!

no microwave in room but only there for one night so not a big deal. Would be nice for longer stays though to have that available.

    The location and parking.

The pool was not open and that was part of the reason for booking this hotel. There should be an alert when booking.

Great location right on the Fox River. The riverside walk/path in Green Bay has been greatly improved in recent years, and now offers very good recreational opportunities.

My room was a little tired and dreary. It was quite generic and bland. Some color added to the walls or a colorful bed linens would have helped.

The evening front desk staff was awesome! She was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and comfortable! Great location.

Elevator. 3 elevators but only 1 was working.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-12-2022

The location was perfect for our trip. It is located on the fox river and downtown.

The only drawback was the distance the room was to the elevator. I have a harder time walking due to health conditions and it was difficult to use the elevator due to the distance, the stairs were close, however, to difficult to go up 4 flights for me.

    Atmosphere and river view

Front desk did not check ID when checking in

Every person I encountered was very nice and kind. More to add to unhappy items: I wanted to like the hotel because I have to go to to Green Bay for work. Going 3 nights next week but I'm staying somewhere else.

Every part of the hotel was dirty. As you walk in the windows, doors, elevator, and floors were so very dirty. I thought to myself that come morning it will be nice when it's all vacuumed and it was not. The bathroom was dirty hair all over.

    Wonderful location and very clean.

Breakfast was not what we expected. It was a cold Breakfast but there was Breakfast and the hotel was working in the Covid restrictions. So while it is a drawback we were glad to have Breakfast

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-6-2021

I liked the location and cleanliness. Free easy Parking was also appreciated. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not really, just wished the room was a little larger and had a microwave for convenience.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-8-2021

Very clean and secure. Good location for walking to downtown locations

Staff was not knowledgeable about which local restaurants were open for in person dining. Sent us to one that was open for take out only. Their 2nd option was fabulous.

    Location, cleanliness, staff!

    10BrianPosted on: 2-23-2021

Great location to downtown, covered parking, wonderful view and access to beautiful Green Bay.

Close to dining and coffee shops, easy access to highways to explore Lambeau Field or Door County.

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-21-2021

Location, cleanliness, and most of staff was very friendly.

Breakfast has been reduced to cereal and no milk as they are out of stock. Other Hampton inns seem to still provide a hot breakfast item even with Covid. Outlets didn’t work in room for charging capabilities.

Staff was great rooms very nice very clean great view fantastic outdoor seating area next to water

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-15-2020

2 great things: 1st it had several electric car chargers. Also it was Right on the river walk- just a few minute stroll down the river walk to a great restaurant on the water.

The bag lunch ( due to Covid virus not servicing breakfast) the bagged breakfast didn’t have choice fir Keto - no protein just cheap carbs- granola bar and muffin...

    Location and breakfast

Rooms are outdated and beds aren't the best

    10Jo AnnPosted on: 9-9-2019

We loved the view of the river from our room!

The breakfast area tended to be crowded and difficult to navigate.
