Staff seemed they were there just as a job, not very happy or friendly. The breakfast was missing a lot, seemed like it was closing earlier that posted time. The bed was not comfortable and the couch definitely needs upgrading.

The locations always good for our stay in Green Bay.

We arrived late and tried to try to catch up on some sleep, but the house keeping was cleaning a room across from us and they had their music blurring on the radio.

The idea of the layout and having a restaurant inside. The water park was nice if it was maintained and working

I called and was told the hot tub was working and it was not working when we arrived. I was supposed to have two queen beds and had two doubles instead. The garbage still had someone else's garbage in it when I checked into my room.

Bar and restaurants located in hotel. Hotel staff were excellent.

Friendly staff and clean room. The splash pad and water slide were great fun for the 6 and 7 year olds we traveled with.

The location is a little out of the way compared to the mall, but no big complaints!

I liked the Continental breakfast most of all. Besides that the room was clean. The amenities were great; pool, guest laundry, business center, free parking and free breakfast. Staff were professional.

Hotel decor and room decor was outdated. There are no microwaves in the rooms. The passes for the pool were limited and they didn't sell any extra passes.

A guest entered my room at 6:00 am. The hotel made an error and assigned my room to another guest. The hotel was very dirty.

It was close to everything in Green Bay

Our room was gross. My wife didn't like the bed. The room wasn't as described. The pool area burned our eyes

Great Hotel. Always stay here for Packer games. Bar & restaurant attached. Easy access. Close. Convenient

We really liked the 1951 restaurant and pool area.

Our room was dirty with half eaten food in the mini fridge and a dirty sheet on the pull out couch. There was a nasty stain on the couch and decorative pillows.

Kids pool area

Very outdated, way too much chlorine in pools- got a rash, rooms have no sound proof- Loud ppl above us (even have a constant fan option on heat gage, eggs not fully cooked- slimy- rest of selection good

The staff were great especially the staff who handled the breakfast buffet. She was accommodating and went above and beyond. She ensured the food was always stocked and continuously cleaned to help get people seats. Also the kids loved the waterpark.

Our room still had crumbs and random garbage under the bed that housekeeping did not clean up or throw away so it was hard given we had little ones who could have touched it and/or ate it.

Location

They had the wrong type of room. Reserved a room with 2 Queens they gave us a room with two doubles. Room service was good but did not bring us plates etc.

What I liked most was, the deal you gave me went beyond what I thought I was going to get. The Hotel that was chosen for me was excellent and well worth what I paid for it. Thank you again!

The only thing I didn't like about the whole get away was the staff at the Hotel. They were very unhelpful and rude.

My family really enjoyed the swimming area!

The bathroom vent was very dirty. There was not enough room to walk between the desk and pull out couch. There was not enough toilet paper.

Pool area was great for my 3 year old s on.

Pool area was great for small children...a bit too shallow for adults and older kids though.

Overall a great visit. From the front desk greeting us to the attached restaurant. Nice whirlpool tub. Very nice. Will stay there again.
