Pros +
- The amenities, so much all in one place.
- The bed was comfortable. Sheets clean. TV at the end of the bed is great. The 2nd shift front desk gentleman is always very personable.
- Great room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Rooftop bar open late (at least during our stay) and nice restaurant. Great darkening shades. Nice shower.
Cons -
- I can honestly say there wasn't anything that I didn't like.
- For this visit the room was a little off, not the usual high standard. I asked for an invoice/receipt when I checked out and was told booking.com will send a receipt which I didn’t get. Especially felt at checkout getting a discounted rate from a third party is not welcome.

My Queen Mobility suite was not available when we arrived. We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite. It was outstanding. We had a great dinner at Heritage the first evening. I had a massage just before leaving for home. It was a great 2 nights with a spectacular view.
