Very good
Room was not ready even though we arrived an hour after check in time. Then waited another 30 minutes to get into our room.
Hotel is new, so everything is in great condition and clean. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was hot and tasty. Fairly quiet location, nice big TV in the room with the option to login to Netflix.
Swimming pool was a little too cold for our liking, our 6 year old was shivering. The bed was not very comfortable, my husband and I both woke up with back and joint pain. The room doors slam and can be heard in your room. The hotel was full and there was not enough seating in the breakfast area.
It was good value for the cost.
TV program selection was poor.Hair lotion bottle was empty.Couldn't make coffee because of a missing piece.
Location was nice and convenient to many restaurants and packers stadium
Pool closed so had to walk over to sister hotelStaff little rude regarding breakfast item question
Location is GREAT! Newer and super clean hotel, great desk staff!
The pool was closed, but they offered the pool next door for guests to use- no issues there!
Location was great. Big bathroom was a huge plus as well.
Bed was wildly uncomfortable. I can honestly say this is the first time I’ve had actual back pain from a hotel bed. Pillows were a joke as well. Shower wasn’t level either. So the glass sliding doors would just roll and slam if you didn’t completely press them into the rubber stopper.
Clean and comfortable
The constant walking around from the guest above it. She stomped around all night
It was updated and clean. Very nice hotel. The staff that checked us in was great. Afternoon staff was great.
The night shift counter woman (short woman, short light brown hair with glasses) was rude and uninviting. She made us feel unwelcome and like we were bothering her when we needed assistance. At check out she was also rude and made us feel bothersome.
Clean new large rooms
Breakfast was just average. Coffee was weak like water
A great stay! The staff helpful and friendly!
Location
Poor soundproofing
Close to the stadium.
Great property! Great packer location!
Coffee was weak and not worth drinking
