Omg. What a dump. The first room they gave me was dirty, hadn't been cleaned yet. The second room looked like a crime scene in the bath tub, turned out to be rust. There were clothes left in the closet from a previous guest. The entire place was beat up.

The cleanliness. I really appreciated the hand sanitizer next to the remote control, at the entrance of elevators, the front desk, & bar. It makes me feel comfortable knowing things are being cleaned and easy to access. The bed sheets were also clean!

When we first arrived (around 9:00PM) the bathroom floors were wet in the shower. There were scattered spots throughout the bathroom that made me wonder why. The lady at the front desk gave me towels to clean it.

Nice older Holiday Inn that had all the amenities that you expect.

Due to travel delays we would arrive very late for our two nights stay. I called ahead and the girl at the desk kept telling me that if we did not arrive by 0200 that we would be no shows even though we had the room for another night. That was no help.

It was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature with the wall unit in this hotel. Humidity was high in the room which made it more uncomfortable than it should have been.

Comfortable and I the shower was good.

I couldn't use a program guide on the TV and no bath tub. ( Single king size bed room)

Nice staff nice room

I stayed on Saturday night and have still not received back the $58 hold they put on my card for incidentals that they said would be refunded shortly after checkout. It¿s not Tuesday night.

Very close to interstate hwy

Check in was slow, problem with computer

location and friendliness of staff. free parking, carts for luggage, free wifi. Quiet after hours. felt safe here.

I based my expectations on the holiday inn we stayed at two months ago in No. Carolina. that hotel was excellent. maybe they set the benchmark too high for others. Not nearly as clean, and no free breakfast.

Great experience clean and super friendly staff! Exceeded my expectations, especially since the soccer game at Lambeau packed all local hotels. and made things hectic for the staff.

Staff was friendly, check in was easy and gave us room preference. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Floor was quiet and room was clean.

The showerhead squirted water in different directions and was so strong it splashed out of tub. Would like extra bar soap for hand washing.

It was clean hot tub pool area had towels each time we were there as well as clean a good all around stay!

The location was very easy to locate and near everything necessary.

Our toilet did not flush correctly. Very low pressure. I reported it to the Desk Clerk. And he blew me off. It was never repaired within 2 days. Also, the restaurant was never open any of the four days we were there. We had to go out to find a place.

It said it was a casino 3 star hotel. It is not attached to a casino AND they did not have a shuttle available to the casino. We chose this hotel specifically because it said was a casino hotel. Bar closed at 10pm on New Years Eve. Disappointing

Every member of staff went above and beyond and made our stay feel very special. (she is a bartender) were helpful, kind, personable, and made our stay enjoyable. Great comfy beds and pillows as well.

The elevators felt janky and the carpet had a huge stain in one of our rooms. Other than that, everything was fine!

The location was perfect!

Upon arrival they informed us they had overbooked, but gave us a suite instead!

Hotel is very easy to get to. Great pizza place across the street. Staff was short handed but she was great!
