The bed was nice, though the pillows were too squishy. Breakfast food was pretty good. Staff was friendly and attentive.

There is no elevator, and carpeted stairs to the 2nd floor were filthy. Room curtains were missing hooks and unable to close fully. Locals hang out in parking lot, including a menacing looking homeless person staff said they couldn't do anything about.

Carpet is dirty and I would not sit in the dirty chair! Next door had a loud party all night out on the balcony. I called the front desk and the music was turned down, but the people were still very loud and hollering and whooping it up.

The room smelled, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off, the nightstand had smashed corners with splinters hanging out, & the ice machine was gross like someone had spit a glob of chew into the ice machine.

Yes I'm very upset that I didn't get a room with the two queen beds that I had paid for through you. The room I had only had two double beds. Not happy at all.

Comfortable room.

I didn't like that a mom and her 3 kids came from the pool during breakfast. Dripping wet while others were trying to get their food and eat. The floor was soaked.

The location and sheets were clean.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting and dirty. When you walk in the lobby doors they are covered in dirt and grime and look like you are walking into a mechanics shop rather than a hotel.

Excellent breakfast. Good sausages and freshly made omelettes.

Everything was great! The staff were wonderful. I was allowed to check in early free of charge. The pool and hot tub were awesome!

My room was next to the laundry room. So the machines run all night.

Friendly staff. Loved the pool, and fitness room. Clean most everywhere.

The entrance 5 was filthy carpet and smelled awful, needed clean air. Always where we entered.

My room smelled like a dog kennel. There were stains on the curtains, bedding on one of the beds & a couple of the towels.

WiFi extremely slow. Breakfast a little weak.

Place was absolutely FILTHY! Stains in carpets both in the hallway and in the room. Looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks!! Sticky brown stains and dirt on main entry doors!! Place desperately needs an update.

Staff! Awesome people!! Hotel employee who works in the dining area, and the two ladies up front I wish I could remember their names but they're always there and been there a long time, all of them! and I love staying here

The pool and hot tub were very nice, very warm and clean. Also, pool room hours were longer than most places at 7am-11pm. The hot breakfast items were changed up each morning of the four days we stayed and was out for longer hours than most places(5-9am)

Room door was hard to get latched and our bathroom door handle was loose. Neither were a major issue.

Rooms were clean, staff is friendly. Had a room with a balcony, it was beautiful . Breakfast was fantastic every morning

Easy check in and check out as well as the Location. Staff was also very friendly.

Hotel was very loud you could hear the trafic from Route 41 day and night, and room was not very clean.

Price point and location. Breakfast wasn't bad either.

The room was foul. Wet carpet, sticky floors. Possible AC leak as the room was almost 100% humidity and smelled awful. Bathroom was filthy, clumps of hair on floor and used towel from previous guest still hanging on back of door.

Good location, very good breakfast, comfortable bed.

The shower water temperature kept going from hot to cold which was kind of irritating. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.
