Staff is competent and friendly:

Needs a refresh. Rooms dated.

I will never go there again or recommend it to anyone. It was dirty and disgusting. The bedding has brown stains on it. The walls were filthy n grungy. There was holes in the shower wall the size of golf balls.And extention cords ran everywhere ducttaped

Warmer than outside

I don't believe the room was cleaned prior to us cleaning it stains on the toilet holes in the wall toilet leaking water at the base along with the pee and poop stains. Looked like drugs and soliciting going on poop from animals never cleaned up. Trashy

Location

Dirty room. Dirty blood stained sheets. Broken shower handles, nasty shower floors Sticky floors. Cardboard bed.

Checked out 2 days early, assured a refund would be forthcoming, but still have heard nothing about the refund.

The guy working the front desk was polite. Location was easy to find, easy to get out of in the morning snow storm.

First bed I opened looked like it had already been slept in. Found a very long black hair in the bed, among other smaller hairs. I know the hair wasn't mine because mine is short and blonde. Other bed was fine so I slept there and didn't make an issue

Had a hard time finding my reservation. Toilet was plugged when came in room. Remote did not work, no cover on it to keep batteries in place. There was tape on it to keep them in holder. Very little ice in ice machine,not working management used ice bags

Rooms dirty, breakfast was barely anything, price for the room too high. Cancellation of reservation policy should be against the law. Room was outdated. Bedding smelled funny. Alot of strange people just hanging around the hotel.

Staff was friendly and the location was great.

Only two towels in the room, no towels at the pool, and the Bromein content in the Hot Tub was too high. It mildly burned our skin a bit.

Friendly & accommodating staff, decent breakfast, comfy bed. The Price was right!!!!!

The building is a little run down and showing it's age. The appearance doesn't reflect the reasonable quality of the accommodations.

The hotel was a dump! The place smelled and was dirty. The walls in the room were filthy, the carpet in the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned forever, the bathroom had mold growing around the tub, the toilet seat was broke, the sheets were worn and

The room smelled like cigarettes. The ceiling had mold on it and also on the sink wall. Our room was next to the Dairy Queen drive thur. Which was loud.

Location was good, room was generally clean, staff was helpful and friendly

Roon smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room, carpet was damp on the feet which gave the feel of being unclean.
