The room

I've asked 3 days in a row for them to take the trash out n I've had to do it myself at 150+ tax a day

Wonderful room, very comfortable bed, large bathroom, easy to use hvac, great breakfast.

Quick friendly check in

No hot sauce for breakfast. We got a non smoking room but it stilled smelled like cigarettes.

I was charged 150.00 and they did not even have the pool filled with water. Was not mentioned at all. Service was absolutely terrible from management. Needed to go to counter multiple times to get any service. Needed to hunt down manager for service

Nothing I didn’t like

I like the new shampoos and lotions in bottles. Check in and out was easy. Great location.

Our lotion and other supplies were not filled. The breakfast was fine but always too busy and not refilled enough to support the need. I wish the time could be extended for breakfast. There are too many people trying to get in at once with their families. I wish our towels would have been replaced each day - as we had three people using them, and the trash could have been taken away each day - ours was overflowing. We received a reminder email prior to our stay, which was nice, but the email told us we had to wear face coverings at the hotel, which was not true and almost made us cancel our reservation. We didn't love the sliding bathroom door. Limited parking - there was a motorcycle group that had multiple bikes, one per person, each taking a parking spot, so we could not find a place to park.

The beds were very comfortable. There were multiple mirrors so you can continue to get ready while others are in the shower. The soap & shampoo dispensers are wonderful, less mess.

My son was hoping for biscuits & gravy at breakfast.

Room was modern and clean. The same was true of the other areas such as the front desk and breakfast area and hallways.

Elevator ding was loud and could hear it from our room. Loud guests coming in and out of rooms.

Clean, friendly staff,basically quiet

I dislike the weighted blanket/bedspread. The pillows are also hard! I remembered these aspects from my last visit so brought my own pillows and blanket.

Sheets didn’t properly fit the bed . Fitted sheet kept coming off and the top sheet wasn’t long enough. Felt like queen sheets were put a king bed. Nothing covered the the foundation piece. Bedding needs a update

Great food, great room; great service

water in the lobby was warm instead of HOT for hot tea

Very good budget hotel. Delivered everything we required, Staff friendly, engaging and extremely helpful. Bright, clean and modern. Room comfortable and everything worked fine. Very pleasant stay and good value.

Nothing to complain about.

I booked through booking.com and they indicated that I was paying for 2-4 guests. There were two of us? The front desk was uninformed.The bfast was exceptional. The tea choices were cheap and not great. The handicap features were amazing, but the shower diverter was confusing and noisy.I do not like weighted blankets…wish I would have known that there was a normal blanket in the closet?!!

This is my 2nd stay here and it's been great. Buffalo wild wings right next door, just down the street is Dunkin and pick&save, getting delivery to your mom isn't a hassle

Some of the rooms might need a bit updated, but they aren't bad by any means.

Rooms were clean and nice. Easy check in process. Basic American breakfast but no complaints there.

When cars drive pass on the highway, its really loud. Maybe request that the state to build a sound barrier wall?
