Sleep Inn & Suites Fond du Lac

The hotel is not clean. The room we got gross and the mattress was completely stained and dirty. Staff was not great in attempting to resplve the issue. Was given a different room in the exact same comdition as the initial one.

Broken TP holder, breakfast, hair from previous guests

The location

No housekeeping even when I asked 3x for it got nothing. Ran out of toilet paper. So I went and bought my own. They didn't seem to want to give out towels or wash clothes. I had some type of bug in the bathroom that was making a hole I'm the side.

We were told we had to leave because we went somewhere and cooked and brought the food back and because people were complaining about the smell of cooked food

Price vs. quality was good.

Too many regulars and people being allowed to smoke right next to the doorways and blocking entrances. I?m a disabled veteran with breathing and allergy issues. This wasn?t good for me, anyone with other health issues or anyone at all, smoker or not..

Not cleaned found dirty mens underwear in there. Stains on bedding and towels. Not vacuumed

Comfortable room, great value

The workout room had equipment that didn't work and needed to be cleaned.

Morning food

It was mentioned that it was a hot tub and whirlpool and 2queensize beds in one bedroom which was not the case

The door to the room was broken and staff stated they have been aware for weeks. The bathroom light would not turn off

At the time of my stay this hotel was under renovation, they had old furniture and trash in the hallways and parking lot. You would think they could keep this cleaned up for guest. All the exercise equipment is broken or worn out.

that i was able to get coffee anytime i wanted.

no change when i paid in cash, twice. having to pay a 50 dollar security on the room. no working hot tub for the second time stay. noisy people. no chain or door guard on door. having to hold down handle to flush the toliet.

at times the rate is ok

no chain or door guard on door even though it is advertised. you have to hold the lever down on the toliet to flush it throughly. housekeeping staff letting their kids run up and down the hall screaming at the top of their lungs. can't get any rest.

the rate is alright

no chain or door guard on door. i feel secure with one. no working hot tub. kids running up and down the hall and above.

the price was reasonacle

you have to hold down the handle of the toliet to flush it. i still feel they owe me change for the last two times i paid in cash. i was given change paying for today.

that at times it is reasonably priced.

when you pay in cash they don't give you change. i got screwed twice. they made my card come up declined when there was plenty on there.

it was a place to stay.

yes. for the second time the hot tub didn't work. for the second time there was no chain or door guard. i feel secure with one. i didn't appreciate how my debit card was declined twice and charged to pay 50 dollars for a security deposit on the room.

the price. somewhat reasonable

my second stay here and once again no working hot tub. no safety chain or door guard. noisy people in the halls and next door. possible illegal activity going on.

Quiet, clean, not far from amenities or the highway

The walk in shower was nice

Plenty. When we got there, after midnight booking, we had to wait 3 hours in the lobby for the night auditor to do whatever it is so it¿s the next day. We got to our room at 3:20am¿. On the second day one of the guests in another room tried to fight

Staff lied rude. Can't even leave a cigarette in room even if didn't smoke it in there. Staff accusatory and denied me my refund. Very poor experience
