Hampton Inn Milwaukee/Brookfield

Great breakfast, restaurant right next door

Smells like a skunk far with all the dope smooing

Easy access to Hwy, restaurants, shopping.

The amount of marijuana being smoked by customers and staff is amazing! Gotta hold your breath all the way to your room. I bought a can of Lysol to reduce the odor

I liked the shower area and big tv.

We found a pin of some sort in the carpet. The carpet was dirty and could use the same flooring as in the bathroom. We whipped down all surfaces as it did not appear as clean. Very average compared to others of similar ratings. The staff was not friendly

It's location is ideal, and the front desk professional was just that. Welcoming and proficient.

Door in the room was so poorly trimmed that light streams in on 3 sides - such a fire / smoke door it is not going to function as such. Tub was dirty and extremely slippery-laid down a towel down to take a shower. Very odorus garbage can in hallway.

Happy hour! Each night they had ice cold beer and yummy food for free. (Chic Filet, Philly steak sandwiches etc) The beds, pillows and ac were all very comfy. The room darkening shade worked great. Great hot breakfast. Safe area and very friendly staff.

Nice, clean, updated rooms and public space with friendly, efficient service!!

Friendly and helpful personnel, great breakfast, clean rooms nice set up of hygene products and easy access to elevators.

The location was hard for us to get to only because we have not driven in Milwaukee area for some time and alot has changed and lots of traffic. But finally figured it out but would find easier location next time but loved our stay there otherwise.

Location

Website states hot tub/ jacuzzi- none on property- reason I booked with this hotel- very disappointed. Had family next room over with a crying baby- Bathroom had a musty smell

The staff was nice .The hallways were big.Liked the swimming pool but wished they had a hot tub.

The hotel rooms were small prefer bigger room

Hotel and rooms were updated to reflect a modern appearance which also made the overall environment feel clean. The bathroom offering a walk in shower instead of the old, traditional tub/shower combo was a great ammenity.

Although I enjoyed the walk in shower, the drain didn't appear to be working well. The water filled inside the shower pan quickly due to the slow drain.

Very good breakfast. Larger TV in room. Very cold air conditioner. Very clean everywhere.

The location and price were perfect for my travel needs. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

There was a mixup upon checking into my room. It hadn¿t been cleaned but the front desk staff took care of and resolved it quickly.

I like the location and the pool

They have very thick mattresses but their sheets don't fit thick mattresses so the bottom sheet kept popping off at the corners

Location is good. Staff is friendly, helpful. Rooms are comfortable.

Great location, comfortable, good breakfast

Staff personable and helpful Room cleanliness Acceptable room rate Excellent service

Comfy bed. Clean and updated room. Best fitness center in a hotel I¿ve seen with free weights and great treadmills and ellipical machines.

Modified breakfast due to Covid was disappointing

This hotel was super clean, comfortable and quiet ... perfect for our needs! The workers definitely made our stay enjoyable. They were friendly and efficient. Our two favorites were the woman at the front desk and the one working the breakfast area.

The front desk worker was friendly and efficient. The room was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. Awesome large TV! The woman working the breakfast buffet was also very nice. A great hotel experience!

Great customer service. Really good free breakfast. From 6am - 10am.
