The nice clean rooms and the breakfast!

The beds and sheets could’ve been a little nicer.

Location to in-laws house and stores.

I was disappointed to see that there was no hot tub.

Large, spacious room. Large bathroom. Breakfast was ok.

Small TV in our room, breakfast could have been better.

The amenities were better than most, such as the coffee in the lobby area, along with the free bottled water, and fitness center. Breakfast was great. Not many hotels do anymore, especially since Covid. The staff was very friendly.

My only criticism would be traffic noise facing the highway. It wasn¿t terrible but definitely noticeable.

Not the most scenic location but not a big deal.

Our room was quiet and comfortable. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was well done with a large variety of choices. I'm vegetarian and try to also avoid wheat and dairy. No problem, they had food that I could eat.

When we arrived at midnight it was hard to find the front desk attendant who was apparently unlocking another door. Perhaps have a way to call them? He was very nice though and helpful.

Very clean, excellent setup for working while traveling.

Coffee machine in room was missing parts, not a huge deal since there was free breakfast but would have been a rude awakening for some! Sounds like a waterfall in your room if the person above is taking a shower.

The room was beautiful, stylish and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Rooms were quiet.

Staff was not very friendly but not a major problem.

Right off the freeway, free adequate parking( I have a box truck) breakfast was ahh-maxing! Had a nice variety & to go boxes! Spacious room.

I didn¿t like that there was hair on the towels. That¿s a pet peeve of mine. No close food places nearby.

the rooms are very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. It is near where I was working.

THE ONE THING THAT I NOTICED WAS THE TUB FAUCET LOOKED AND SEEMED LIKE IT WAS GOING TO FALL OFF..... TOILET PAPER HOLDER WAS SLANTED AND VERY WOBBLY

Nice bed, location, breakfast

Had no bed change on a 7 night stay. Had to get our own towels, never emptied trash, never removed towels from room.

It was worth the extra money to book the larger King suite.

Toilet paper holder is mounted behind the door- very awkward to access.

The room was clean.

The view of a parking lot and Waste Management headquarters is unimpressive. We haven't received our deposit back. Finally, our room was given to a couple. We walked in on them. Very awkward.

Staff was amazing, helpful, and friendly. Clean, nice, quiet hotel and room.

The hallway floor leading to our room could have used a vacuum cleaning as there were a lot of white little fiber pieces along the way.

Loved the hot breakfast in the morning! So many choices and the food was great! Staff was very nice and hotel was quiet which made it very relaxing.

I loved the spaciousness of the rooms and bathroom.

The breakfast nook wasn't the most comfortable.

No one cleaned my room the first night. I purposely removed ¿ do not disturb ¿ sign.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. the master multi-tasker and ? (male) so willing to go out of his way. The breakfasts were very good, and I particularly loved that the meat changed (bacon, kielbasa, ham).

No. It was very good...nothing real fancy, but had the expected and a little more.
