Pros +
- Over-all very nice. There were a couple of things that seemed odd for a high 4 star hotel at this price point. Namely the super heavy metal dorm-room style doors on the rooms. Not only do they detract from the over all ambiance but they are very loud.
- Easy walking to some of the tasting rooms and fabulous restaurants. Restaurant on premises 3 to 10 We really appreciated the complimentary morning coffee, protein bars and there was always a fresh fruit bowl
- Well appointed rooms and environment. Peaceful & relaxing. Attentive, friendly professional staff. Ideal for special occasions.
Cons -
- I didn¿t like that they placed us in the very 1st room at the top of the stairs right under the garbage area. It was loud until they stopped taking garbage out around 11:00pm. Other than that the room itself was really nice. The balcony was great too.
- I would prefer a regular coffee choice in my room rather than the espresso maker.
- The rooms were very very small and there was someone playing the drums above us at 1 am.

I love staying at Willows! It is in a beautiful area, the grounds are amazing and the restaurant is delicious. The staff is very friendly and efficient.

Location next to Pikeâ≢s place
The rooms were very very small and there was someone playing the drums above us at 1 am.
All staff we encountered greeted us and were courteous. Food at Fireside was excellent!
Just a timing issue, but there was some construction along the entrance driveway which resulted in some morning jack hammering. Not too obtrusive, though. The plus was that the hotel was providing complimentary valet service :)
Beautiful, cozy, great staff
The staff were wonderful, and the facility was very well taken care of.
