It?s downtown next to many businesses.
Maybe the location......that's about it.
Staff was eager to help. Rooms and area very clean and quiet

Cons -

The whole experience was poor. Cleanliness was poor. The room STUNK of cigarettes and there were stains on the sheets.
This hotel has no phones in any of the rooms nor do they have any sort of blanket on the bed. It's just a thin sheet for a blanket. Also, there is no doorbell to ring when their front door is locked. I had to repeatively call the business and knock.
Where do I start?!? No smoke alarm in the room. Baseboards were extremely dirty. Paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom. Vanity light in the bathroom barely worked. Caulking in tub was dirty/moldy.
