Yes, our bed was broke down. Very uncomfortable. The pillows were great though
Location and charm. Staff friendly. Rooms clean. Many sites and trails.
Read in previous reviews before booking lack of soundproofing between rooms. It is true. Had family of 5 next door and it was horrible. Could hear conversations, baby crying and at night their sound machine.
The scenery was stunning. Amazing location. Great dining.
Pretty pricey. Some of the staff was amazing. Some was not. Honestly a little annoying to hear a staff member discussing politics at the front desk, but otherwise it was ok.
Room was in part of hotel built in 1926. The pipes clanked all night long. No internet connection unless you paid for it , no tv and no microwave. Food was good but overpriced! Staff was very nice.
Location! Beautiful lake, many hiking trails around. The history of the lodge is interesting.
Food was average and overpriced. There is no free wifi and no cell service! The room was ok, no TV in the room.
Lake view
Hotel front desk staff mess up my reservation with another guest and cause a bit of inconvenience to my trip. They don¿t make me feel they are sorry for the mix up but just tell me it¿s the same room size and style.
Location, and natural beauty were the best. I liked the nostalgic feel, old photos, steam radiator heating. It was as if traveling back in time.
Walls so thin that I could hear our neighbors talking and joking late into the night, as if they were in the same room.
Beautiful location, heated swimming pool
Breakfast was a bit expensive and there are no other restaurants in area.
coffee maker positioned by an outlet that used to be there but it no more, just a plastic block off plate so I thought that was very odd. no clear explanation if we get charged for using the room amenities, random 30 dollar charge showed up soooooooo
Location
Inability to charge meals to our room.
Front desk staff was very nice
Bedbugs
