Decent breakfast and price

Once again the room was not clean

Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Needed maintenance, lots of paint shipped on the walls, and doors. Nothing mentioned on web site that there are no elevators in the hotel.

Located close to the main entrance to WSU

Bed was uncomfortab ( worn out springs?) No water fill station/ice machine

The staff was very nice and responsive! Overall the hotel was clean and tidy.

The hotel is old and out-dated. The water flow and pressure in the shower is awful!!! This could be an easy fix.

It's conveniently located on Bishop Bl near the Chipman Trail so walking our dogs was easy.

The guy at the front desk was smoking near the main entrance. That's why I gave it the rating on staff that I did.

The staff was great. The gentleman that works in the breakfast area is very sweet, kind, professional, and wonderful. He is truly a jam to keep around!

The room was extremely cold and hard to heat the first night. After that, it was great. Even with the very cold room, the staff did everything they could to ensure we were able to stay warm.

It is an older hotel and the facilities/design are a bit run down, but it was good value and the staff do a good job keeping what they have very clean. Parking is insufficient.

My boyfriend and I loved the breakfast! We loved the hot tub too and sauna Close to everything The girl that checked us in was kind and sweet. We I will Definitely come back!!

The staff was nice.

The hallways smelled like marijuana smoke when we got there. The room was not clean. The bed was a giant lump sack. The shower was made for people 5ft tall or shorter. The towels were tiny. The breakfast was gross. You could hear everything in the halls.

Dirty rooms, stinky, a bunch of homeless people around, outdated, plus they charged my card a concerige charge that I did not approve!

Sunday morning staff at breakfast were a little too much. We ended up talking or breakfast back to the room as the lady was making my daughters uncomfortable.

Don't be fooled when they say there is a hot tub. It was a complete after thought. The hot tub is a residential 4 person hot tub stiffed into the corner of a small room with a sauna.
