Hampton Inn by Hilton Pullman

I love the staff at this hotel! Hotel employee is someone we look forward to seeing in the bar and she always takes care of us! hotel employees are all-stars at the from desk made sure we got to and from the game on the shuttle. Rock star staff!!!

plentiful bfast options, great beds, new and clean, very friendly staff. Will absolutely stay here again next time.

It had a good variety for Brkfat. Coffee Tea all day. Nice room.

The hotel was renovated last year, & is beautiful. Comfortable bed & pillows. The front desk staff was very friendly & helpful.

The location was convenient to the university and downtown area. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the lobby area was modern and inviting. Breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed the nightly offering of freshly baked cookies!

It was close to our destination. Check in/out was quick and easy.

One of the bath towels smelled like body odor/moldy. It appeared clean but smelled disgusting. Good thing there was a third towel to use. I ended up showering again to make sure the odor didn't get on me.

The rooms were clean and the personnel were helpful and friendly. The personnel doing the remodel were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. We will be back in Pullman in a week and will make our reservations at the motel.

I appreciated despite undergoing renovations, the hotel was kept clean. Staff members were more than accommodating to the needs of guests and complementary essentials, such as combs, razers, toothbrush or toothpaste. Breakfast included, & indoor pool

I liked their breakfast and how quiet it was. Also the location was great.

The staff was very nice

There were remodeling and the bathroom doors didn¿t close but instead slid to close. There was a 4inch gap where you can see in the bathroom. No privacy. I¿m not sure why you would want those kind of doors instead of ones that shut with an actual door

HolidayInnExpress in Pullman,WA is a very nice place to stay. Friendly,helpful,happy-to-serve guest services people, and a hot breakfast complete with sausage,eggs,pastries,biscuits and gravy,etc. Clean comfy non-smoking Room with micro and mini fridge.

Nothing I did not like. It's ALL good!

Location to WSU was perfect and the hotel and room were both very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than most and had a great selection.

I liked what was mentioned above. The heater/fan made alot of noise though, especially when it turned off. it needs fixing. woke me up a few times. that is why it is not all 10's.

The breakfast had a good variety of foods.

The tv in the breakfast room had msnbc. IWe I¿ll not be going using that motel again because of that. If there is a television set in every room. If it is really necessary to have a television the weather channel is not offensive to anyone.

Friendly and efficient staff. Cleanliness of our room. Great gift shop. Super quiet room and comfortable bed.
