Very pleasant staff. Conveniently located

We were bummed that the pool was closed.

the breakfast is quite good. the eggs are powdered (of course) but there was a good selection of items to choose from. the room (2 Queen beds) was quite spacious, including a small table with chairs AND an armchair

this is NOT a luxury hotel, it is definitely worn around the edges, but it deserves a much higher rating than 2 stars!

Breakfast

I needed sleep and I didn't get it. I was placed in room 109, directly across from the breakfas room and next to the maintenance closet. At 4:00 a.m. the carts began. 5:30 loud breakfast l, lots of people, and waffle maker alarms. From 930-11 laundry beep

For star level it was a comfortable hotel. Clean and friendly staff.

Should have told us pool was closed.

Poor Clealiness and there was a police arrest that started us

Having king size and non-smoking room

No complimentary water bottles in the room. The vending machine took money and didn't give us a bottle. The staff member gave us a bottle from another source

When & husband checked in, Tv in the room did not work / no remote . An employee brought us a Tv around 10am the next morning. So only got to watch tv 1 hour cause we had to check out by 11am . Breakfast , no coffee/sausage/biscuits done . Ugh

This attachment to my first paragraph Aside from over all disastrous stay there . I feel they owe me a free night with things that work always hard to find someone up at desk, since there¿s only 1 person on . Last time we were there There was no internet

Safe location and great service. Free breakfast was above expectations by far!!!

The room was large and had useful amenities like the fridge, microwave, charging station, and table with chairs. There was no lingering smell of smoke and it appeared to be clean though a little dated. There was a decent free breakfast in the morning.

The heater did not work correctly, the refrigerator made noise , we had to replace smoke detector battery, outside back door lock did not work

Staff was great. Room was kept neat and tidy.

Smell of sewer in the lobby every day. Not sure what rhat was from.

Staff was very nice and helpful.

Horrible smell in the room. Broken hair dryer. Filthy carpet on stairs and halls. Dripping shower head. Worn buttons on have unit make them illegible. Vents blow directly and forcefully on the head of the bed and can't be adjusted enough to matter.

AC died, they changed us to another room so all was good

it was convenient and you can not beat the price. breakfast was excellent.

to tired to look around, just laid down and went to sleep. Slept well.

I like the location and the comfortable bed. I also enjoyed the full breakfast and the price.

Each time I stay here there is something wrong with my room. One time my heater blew out cold air and no one would fix it or switch me rooms. This past time, my shower nob was broke and so the water was cold. I had to call maintenance to fix.

They messed up my reservation and gave me an employee's room. I was marked as a no show, they were full, so an employee offered his room.

Poor bedding no comforters on bed and one of the entrances that we had would open right.
