Clean and attractive common areas, nice room

very hard to find especially in the dark. Google Maps directs driver to turn on roads that aren’t marked.. ended up doing loops on I5 very frustrating

Very clean, bright, cheery. Great room layout- the best ever with a great closet set up. Professional, friendly staff. Made to order breakfast. ONE OF THE BEST stays ever at a hotel. ROOM VERY CLEAN.

The staff was very friendly.

The reservation was for 3 rooms. One room had bed bugs, so we asked for a different room. There were no other rooms available and the hotel staff moved us to Marriott next door.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, helping us with an early check in and making sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

We loved everything about this hotel. We even extended our stay. The staff were kind and did everything possible to make us welcomed and comfortable. Food was amazing and room beautiful, clean and comfy. We will be back soon.

There was absolutely nothing not to like about this hotel or the staff.

Room was mostly clean and they happily accomdated our request for a higher floor, lobby was nicely updated, ample free parking, some aspects of room were updated

Shower was moldy around base and stained on floor/walls,room layout inconvenient, substantial road noise, weird location in middle of nowhere, generally looked tired and outdated, not what we expected at this price level

Some of the restaurant staff were kind and professional.

The front desk staff was totally unhelpful with several simple requests and questions. Daily room service had to be requested. The location of the hotel odd to me.

Nothing hot tub was out pool had white powder all round it was concerned for my grandsons. Carpets dirty requested room service we never got. Food mediocre at best

Hotel is off freeway. A little loud. (normally we stay on Sat-Su. This time we stayed Sun to Monday) hooked us right up and we were able to move to a quieter room on the other side of the hotel.

The hotel was very clean. Certainly cleaner than most other 3 star hotels I've stayed at.

Location seemed a little tricky. My driving directions kept changing. The temperature in our room was a little inconsistent due to the thermostat being in the other room. Couldn't get the bedroom warm enough but the other room was blazing hot.

The room was clean. The lobby was very nice along with the pool and hot tub.

They are in process of remodeling bathrooms since there is mold in the corners of the showers. Our room and bathroom were clean other than the corners of the shower.

AC fan could be set to run continuously to help avoid awakening each time the heat or AC turned on and to drown out ambient noise.

Check in was very easy, hotel was very clean & the room exceeded our standards.

Room service didn’t vacuum the carpet even though we accidentally spread some food on it

It looked newish, so with the Hilton name attached to it, it met our expectations. However, it was hidden away. Couldn't walk to anything. No stores, malls, restaurants, etc. Not being from here, we ended up having to order Grubhub to eat.
