Quality Inn Olympia Near State Capital

Had laminate floors. Easy to have a dog with us. Very clean. The location was away from the super busy area but we could still walk to the capitol.

There was hair in the bed when went to go to bed! Nothing was cleaned and the staff was not friendly. They did not even take the time to refil or replace the shampoo or conditioner they were 3/4 empty. Horrible experience.

Was close to everything

Breakfast was short. Needs remodel

Fast and easy access and friendly staff

The bed was too soft

inexpensive, close to freeway

extra 25.00 pet fee shower water pressure non existent, poor sound on TV

The room was clean and fairly modern

The hallways and outside of the motel was shabby. The "free" breakfast was synthetic.

Super rute , also room dirty shower not working then I call somebody not fix and without shower I left room

The staff were excellent and the room was comfortable and clean.

location

blood found on sheets on check in, not permitted to change rooms, room not cleaned for 3 days despite calling front desk and removing do not disturb sign and even passing housekeeping staff in the hall requesting clean. hotel old, power outlets dont work

This hotel discriminates against disabled people by making the only disability access room 2 double beds so that disabled people have to pay for a room upgrade, or they wont be able to have a disability access room. Terrible and illegal policy.

The bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast was quite complete. The staff was wonderful oth checking in and checking out.

Its size

The bed sank in on one side. The sheets were so old they had fix balls and we had to sleep on the top sheet. That wasn't fun.

The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I could state would be the beds. They were a little bouncy, but the reasonable price of the room made up for that.

Distance from freeway

Place is a dump. The sheets on the pull out couch were not changed. When we asked for them to be changed the so called general manger acted like he was doing us a big favor. When we asked for pillows for our kids he said there weren't any clean ones.

price was less than half of other hotels in the area, but quality was only slightly less. good value.

Hotel was under construction/painting/a lot of things did not work, but were being fixed. The location is really out of the way of major thoroughfares.

I liked that they were pet friendly and had a pool.

They had an extra $25 pet fee, but didn't spend any extra time cleaning this room. It smelled like a wet dog, the carpet was oily, and there were dirty sheets on the fold out couch bed. (There was a pizza crust in there)

Room was great. Well kept and bed/linens were comfortable and clean.

This is a good hotel, but I would only rate it two stars.

Very close to where I was working. Pretty quiet and the room was comfortable, but furnishings were older and a bit work. Overall, not a bad experience and I would stay again. However, star rating is too high.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful. TV, refrigerator, and microwave we're excellent. The carpet in the hotel was well used, but clean. No faults we're found.

No!

The hot breakfast items ran out quick but staff did not bother to fill them back.
