Nice staff

Rooms were dirty, had homeless and drug users everywhere on property, didn¿t have amenities that they claimed they did, didn¿t clean or refresh our room, our key cards constantly needed to be reprogrammed. It was a mess.

Location , the lady that checked us in was great

Should have had the ability to choose a room that was pet free. Everything was decrepit, poor security anyone could walk in off the street through a broken side door, no breakfast, website said there was. Need to throw money at this one Wyndham!!!

Hotel smelled like horrible. No soaps or shampoo. Advertised breakfast no breakfast. Advertised pool and hot tub was told that they were out of order. Toilet didn't flush. curtains were broken. Was informed that deposit wouldn't be on my card for a week

There was no Breakfast, as advertised. The hot tub was broken down and not working for some time. It was not very clean. Staff was tired. It looks like they let it go, preparing it to become homeless shelter. I would not recommend.

This hotel is very sketchy as far as location and if I would have been staying longer than just overnight I would have canceled and found a different location The hot tub was ice cold and the pool water was dirty. The bed was comfortable enough.

No breakfast as advertised. No additional pillow. Other than replacing damp towels and emptying the one waste basket, no housekeeping. Did not replace washcloths. Only the morning desk person was friendly. Leaking ice machinea. Batteries taped into remote

The hotel was centrally located and the sheets and tub were clean when we arrived. the staff printed my pass for the national forest. the price was right

there was trash in our room when we arrived The elevator was broken Fire alarms went off in the middle of the night and the fire doors wouldn't close Halls and stairs filthy! No maid service. Had to empty our own trash and get our own towels No break

First off our room was on the fourth floor and no elevator.Room was filthy.they advertised free breakfast on the website a d there was a sign on the registration desk that said we are not serving breakfast at this time sorry for the inconvenience.there

It was dirty, in a bad area, the elevator didn't work both days I was there, high drug area, no one was at the front desk when needed, drugs in the lobby and all over the premises, and again very unsafe

Nothing. It was so dirty I couldn't stay. The front desk clerk was doing his best and was very polite.

It was dirty and the parking lot had people swatting by the trash, sleeping in cars and there was no functioning elevator. They had put up so many "DO NOT" signs you couldn't read them all. I cancelled my reservation and booked my own hotel

It had a decent location to what we had planned for the evening. A nice sized pool for the kids.

We waited 15 minutes for the front desk staff to come check us in as he was MIA. The floors and rooms were dirty with trash throughout the stair wells. There were people doing drugs in the parking lot. Night desk attendant was smoking weed at the desk.

Our room was dirty, used Kleenex on the night stand.The pool and hot tub looked dirty.The water was not clear and there was stuff floating in it. There were some pretty sketchy characters outside the hotel.There was no breakfast and no elevators.

Clean, good location, supet comfortable bed.

Not much. Some personnel more helpful than others, while those others appeared as if they'd prefer to be elsewhere. Offering two queen, instead of dual doubles was a nice plus.

Elevator doesn't work so going up a flight of 4 floors could be a chore for some. TV remote doesn't fully function with TV features to provide zero use, not enough electrical outlets which is typical, coffee in entry area was seldom first rate

Room and bed were OK. Provided a nights rest.

Book elsewhere! Appears to be transitioning. People living here, milling around smoking in parking lot, entrance reeks. Cigarette butts everywhere. Beat up cars in parking lot. Needs cleaning and remodel. No longer serves breakfast. Sketchy feeling place

lots of homeless being housed in the motel, they party late into the evening every nite. hard to get any rest.

The room has minimal amenities, We had to go to the desk everyday to get more coffee packets and linens.The curtain rod was broken.The elevator smelled of sewer.Loiterers in the parking lot at all hours. A part was stolen off my rental car. Plus more.

The staff was courteous and professional. Good job. Location is great, Easy access close to restaurants shops and Cinema

WORST: NO INTERNET The room I had was very shabby. Most of the interior of the mini-fridge was broken and missing. The curtains were very wrinkled as if they had been wadded in a cart. No extra outlets. Also many homeless people staying there.

The front desk person was absolutely wonderful!

Dirty, smelly, not a safe feel, uncomfortable people everywhere. I did not want my car, children or myself anywhere near this place and left after an hour.
