Americas Best Value Inn Ocean Shores

The location is very good cause it was by the ocean although it was not on the ocean. The room was clean and had a microwave, refrigerator, simple shower desk and chair and two queen size beds, which are solid can’t complain about it. clean.

Well, first of all, they don’t have a sign out for to tell you that there is is America’s best hotel they had a telephone number to call although I think he was outback & had the door lock to check in. Ice machine was broken.

no air conditioning, no room cleaning during stay, name is misleading - it is not a resort

Was quiet and comfortable. Handy to the convention center.

All was good. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, short walk to beach, restaurants, shops. I would stay here again.

The check in process was smooth and the gentleman who checked us in seemed very pleasant.

A staff member entered our room when we were out and removed a XBox that was left in the room. They also removed a cheese tray we had in the fridge and left it out on the counter. I assume they ate our food. The room smelled musty.

Room clean but grounds here dirty & disorganized

Location, quite but there wasn't alot of people staying there.

Floors were not clean, need to invest in regular coffee pot, and BLACKOUT CURTAINS....so bright when your on vacation trying to relax and sleep in. Not to mention the light outside shining through the blinds.

No phone in room. Inadequate hanging clothes space, no drawers for clothing, poor desk space, poor coffee table space.

Parking, designated areas, suites are above the office, wifi didn't work

Clean and could have been quiet, other than the Girl Scout banner.

We were kept awake by the Girl Scout banner on the main building where you check in, the wind was blowing significantly throughout the night. (bottom of the banner was not tied down) This made a tremendous amount of noise all night long!

Bathroom had no safety bars to enter or exit tub/shower. Didn't realize there was no AC when I booked.

Room was not new. Remodeled a year ago. Ancient motel. Would rate a one. No bathroom counter.
