Location was great. No contact check in

Stayed in #4. No room above us but sounded like kids running and banging above #3 until 1 AM. Definitely would not stay in room 1-4!!

Very noisy. Sounded like elephants in the rooms above. MY HAIRDRYER DID NOT WORK. I did not discover this, of course, until I stepped out of the shower. LACK OF A FRONT DESK means lousy customer service.

Location. It's located right off the main beach access and down the street from the local grocery store.

Just an opinion, but i think each room should have a numbered parking spot to guarantee guests have their guaranteed spot per unit. I was in unit 5. Both USB ports on the lamp are broken. I forgot to mention this before leaving.

We loved this room. It was perfect for our two 11-year-old boys to have their own space. It was so close to the beach and the fun things that were available.

The room is very specious and clean. Self check-in is very nice and easy.

Towels are very old.

Location was within walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Furnishing and decor were pnw themed and beautiful. Cleanliness was great. Clean and fresh bathroom.

Bed too soft. No A/C. The fan to let out moisture and humidity did not work (could use a look at) Loud neighbors/guests. No front desk or check in service or night security.

It was centralized- clean - good deal.

The per dog per day fee after you booked is deceptive. The room was incredibly stuffy if window is not opened- which wasn't feasible due to neighboring room having multiple guests banging on doors. Not enough parking.

Close to the beach, easy to find. The bed was nice and comfortable....that was my favorite thing about my room. It had a fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave, which is important to me. Everything I used worked.

My neighbors sounded like elephants...into the night. The shower never got hot, just lukewarm.

I liked how it was walking distance to the beach and it was super close into town! There are restaurant's that I have walked to and are splendid.

not like pictures. no pool table or couch in a common area, or outdoor seating like ad pictures. There was no rug, and no cleaning between nights so bed was full of sand. No back slider to back or fan in bathroom. Hot day, no AC or fan. want money back

That the parking lot. People parked wherever they wanted.I parked in front of my room number. When I left someone else was in my spot so parking was messed up

Front desk rep was very nice. Room was comfortable and clean.

The air conditioner constantly shut off and on all night.

Check in time was a bit late. No front desk for questions. There was a Rocky in the room w no batteries or it just didn¿t work. Instructions would have been helpful

One of the most comfortable mattresses I've slept on in a hotel.

Sound goes through the walls extremely easily. You will hear neighbors voices. Roof was tarped while I was there and it was slapping through the night from the wind. Like sleeping in a tent in the wind.

Hotel was great though not staffed. All went well though. The Wi Fi code was posted on the fridge, TV worked fine. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were like rocks. Ocean Shores is depressing though. The town is run down.

Very nice, quiet stay , had plenty of room, bed was very comfortable, walking distance to the beach, restaurants close by, enjoyed our stay.

We checked in very late and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. We will stay here again as the room was beautiful and with in our budget. This was out first get away together with out our kids and it was very memorable. Thank you!
