Summit Inn

Location, Staff friendliness. I went there to run a marathon that started 2 miles south at the tunnel and it was the perfect location. If you go there to run the race, you will need a ride to the start or drive early. The staff was very friendly.

Cleaning service. We stayed three days and somehow our room wasn't cleaned every day. Not sure why. Not a big deal.

Hotel has so much potential. Severely outdated decor. There was a young girl who was seemingly the only person on staff who spoke English. The front desk person had to fetch her from the restaurant to check me in while she served food.

Hot tub available, refrigerator in room, Pancake house attached to hotel.

Only 7 crappy channels on the tv. Latch on door broke, missing screw. Two wall lights and desk lamp did not work. Phone in room did not work. Road noise from the highway.

No real air conditioning just potable in room. Hotel was dirty as well as our room from construction. They should not have been open.

King Size bed was very hard. Coffee pot was full of old coffee and old coffee packet left in.

This place is so clean and well kept! Checkin was easy & quick There is plenty of close parking. The location is great. There is an attached restaurant and a grocery store next door.

Just one thing. I brought my own hair dryer which is very strong. It flipped the electrical switch. This has happened to me before in other hotels. The good thing, it was only my unit and a couple outlets. Yes, they do provide a hair dryer there.

Location was close for our trip. Price was fair.

Drafty room with poor seal on airconditioner piping in the open window. Room was cold. Shower head was loose and sprayed everywhere.

It was run down. Nothing like the pictures. Water damage on the walls. Ripped carpet in the halls. The bed was uncomfortable. The hot tub was closed. There was not a bar. The restaurant wasn¿t open. We were stuck at the end of a 0.25 mile long hallway.

Location and views. Came to sbowboard and we were right on the mountain.

The staff had no knowledge about anything like shuttles (they no longer have one.

The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly. The bed was comfy.

My room smelled of wet dog and I didn't feel clean.The restaurant also had a strong odor of something I couldn't place.

The hotel was fully booked and the room my two young daughters and were given a room on the first floor with a windows that wouldn¿t lock. Luckily, there was one emergency room available, so we were moved. It was a nicer room.

The first room¿s microwave was badly damaged, probably from the TV falling on it, since it was loosely mounted on wall. Three lamp shade was badly damaged and cracked, and there were no locks or screens on the window. I was told, ¿don¿t worry, you¿re safe

Waited later than check in for a room and had to settle for a 2 queen room instead of a King and had to pay more for it because our room wasn't ready..

We checked in on Thursday, 10-15-2020 it was cold we tried to close the window but was stuck, told front desk, got back and it was taped up, said someone will fix it in the morning. No one came! No maid service on Friday!

This hotel is relatively clean, albeit a bit shabby because it's old. Rooms are large and have a microwave and small fridge. The bed was comfortable. There's a Pancake House attached and they have a great breakfast.

They have collectively charged over $1000 to my card for what should have been a $--- hotel stay. Shadey and poor customer service.

The view was very beautiful

It was very dirty starting in the parking lot and continued through out the hotel. Holes in the carpet and bleach stains all through the hallway. The rooms were clean but very run down.
