the lady in the office was very nice and polite

location was strange,price was too high,stairs leading to second floor were dangerous,too steep and visible cracks in concrete, dirty.The beds were uncomfortable, sagging in the middle.The room was clean but smelled heavily of cleaning solution(lysol?)

the bed was horrible, the toilet had a loose lid. The room was clean, but the people at the front desk didn't want to be bothered after 2:30 in the afternoon. Which of course sucked for me, as I work 6 am to 4;30 pm and have a 30 min drive.

SCAM...Should be a ZERO Rating! Drove in. Didn’t see room before checking in. Walked to the room. As soon as we saw the room, Immediately checked out and told manager why. Now they refuse to give us our money back! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! SCAM!

SCAM! WARNING...THIS MOTEL IS A SCAM! The Pictures of the room were NOTHING like on the website. Room pictures are of a different motel! I have NEVER given a BAD review! This motel should get a (0) ZERO RATING!

The beds were hard and the steps to second floor are pretty rough. The doors need a deadbolt.

It was 11:00 PM, office was locked. The outside stairs to our room was dangerous (very non compliant) no security lock on the door and hot water took 5 min+ to reach our room. On the plus side the bed was comfortable. Definitely not more than a 1 Star.

I liked the 'cabin' on the water. Each day I opened up my door and there was the lake! :)The 'cabin' also had a kitchenette which was very convenient! Last & Certainly NOT least, the Family that owns the Hotel were AMAZING! They were INCREDIBLE HOSTS!!

Scary stairs.... COLD shower was NOT pleasant, all the spiders/bugs we had to kill in the room. Parking was a major pain. All in All I would NOT rate it a one star let alone the four it had when I made my reservations!

East window cover (Blinds) let in a lot of light when trying to sleep in.

Old TV, no coffee maker, no ice available, office closes completely, no amenities.

Noisy; room shook when people walked by; stairs cracked; could see through toilet paper; place to hang clothes but no hangers

There were ants all over the room and in our shoes after only being checked in for a few hours and we had no food or drink out anywhere that would have been an attractant. We went and told the manager he refused to give us our money back or another room.

Wifi was strong and fast though we were almost the only guests. Superfast access from the highway.

There was nothing other than the quality of the tile in the bathroom that warranted more than 1 star. Pillows were ancient, the comforter smelled like old urine, CRT TV, Remote didn't work, smallest and thinnest bath towels.

Looked clean. Smelled clean. Very nice staff. It isn't the fanciest motel....older.....but for the price I was happy with it. Cute lawn and picnic table area. Very quiet. Lake view.

Very friendly and understanding customer service that could have been a nightmare if she wanted to she could have but she was very willing to listen and not assume when Many other hotels would have been difficult so I'm overwhelmed with this place 5 stars

The rooms were fine. The property run down. I was bummed i dis not have a ground floor room. My dog is old and crippled, pretty much why i fhiose the place so he could walk out in and out easily

I like how it's located near the water and you are able to go fish on the docks. They have a courtyard your able to have a picnic or lunch at in the middle of the motel. The staff are friendly and they let us bbq in the courtyard. There's a big gas station across the street that sells hot food and liquor and beer so no need to drive far. It's right off the freeway entrance and the main town is 10min drive.

It could be a little more updated in the suite with the paint. Could be repainted to give it a fresher look and the sink in the kitchen suite is very slow so it takes forever to wash something in the sink . The wall decor could be a little more updated to make it feel little more modern and also the bathrooms could be updated kind of old and outdated and little crusty but I guess that comes with the price.
