The breakfast was pretty good

The night staff person was a little bit, rude and distant, and then during the breakfast in the morning, nothing was getting refilled, and the lady was kind of rude, and the breakfast room was filthy

Night time desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was still completely stocked at 8:35. Manager was friendly and helpful.

Four steps down to he first floor were hard with heavy luggage. I was assisted by desk clerk Simone. Nice girl.

The staff were wonderful and the pool was warm and the breakfast was good.

The age, wear and tear and plumbing and size if room were poor for the price. The dresser was too big for the room, kept hitting my elbow on it going to the door. The paint/Spackle was a mess and the toilet came off the wall. Stains on chair and bad bed.

They're on top of providing housekeeping for stayovers and making sure they have what they need for the upcoming nights.

I do not like the way that the manager performs her job duties and the attitude she portrays to her guests and to her staff members.

They didn't charge for having my service animal with me.

When I got into the room it looked like it wasn't completely cleaned all the way but it wasn't like dirty necessarily it was just like empty cups left and things like that.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

The room smelled like old cigarette smoke that absorbed into carpet and furniture. It was not quite as clean as I would like. A lot of dust on everything.

The staff that works mornings is very respectful and willing to work with their guests instead of judge them or make them feel less than.

There is one lady whom works here, can't recall her name but the way that she spoke to the maintenance man was with the most disrespect I could imagine from a superior.

Breakfast

Wet carpet, sticky surfaces, dirty grout, empty body wash

It was cheap and not too far from the freeway

It was old, dirty, smelled bad and the bedding was not clean. Light in bathroom flickered like a strobe light

Hotel is not clean, building is outdated, staff is not nice or pleasant to the guests, not enough items like toilet paper provided.

Absolutely nothing

While at this hotel our luggage was stolen. The auditor/manager refused to let us review footage & were waiting on the officer who came to hotel to retrieve video & our property. We were also charged for a day after we left & accused of smoking.

Front desk staff were great!

Bed smelled like cat urine. Bathroom wall peeling and toilet loose.

Friendly clerk, well-prepared room, and I could see my car out the window. Really good breakfast, too.

Clean room, friendly staff and impeccable breakfast area

Staff stole items out of my room. I spoke with the manager and all she said was that they're not responsible. I'll be filing police report.

The welcoming staff initially. Then the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff during our stay. Those gals were eager to meet our needs. They were especially gracious with breakfast service.

The pool was temporarily closed :(

Price and amenities.

The pool is showing its age, still works, but needs a renovation in the future. And, the hotel is located a little ways from the downtown.

It's quite and there's an indoor pool plus the continental breakfast is great.
