Evergreen Inn & Suites

Updated and large room

Charging for early arrival. Anything for $ vs sure we care about you and we have a room clean and available.

Super clean all over! Nicely decorated and updated. Excellent breakfast. Great value for the cost, which was also very reasonable.

There was nothing I enjoyed about my stay.

I didn't like the fact that I booked this hotel because it had a pool and a Continental breakfast and when I checked in the pool was not available, they were doing construction and the breakfast was very lacking in food which kept running out.

¿ The location was great, the staff were pleasant, plenty of places to eat around this hotel. It was comfortable, nice big beds, love the indoor pool! The breakfast was great, the bathroom was big A+,also WiFi was included . No.1, place for a great stay!

I wish the price was a little lower.

Very friendly staff! Indoor pool and hot tub! Nice room and shower.

Not at all!

There was a very offputting smell in the room. I changed rooms initially. The 2nd room smelled but not as strong as the 1st room.

The smell and no electric vehicle outlets

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well kept.

I can only drink decaffeinated coffee and there was none at the breakfast area. The decaffeinated coffee provided in the room was of very poor quality.

Convenient, hot tub, pool, breakfast, great staff

Room was not cleaned well. Stained sheets, nail clippings on the floor and found a bottle under the bed.

Dirt along the hallways, contract workers sleeping in rooms they were working on with the curtains wide open on the ground floor, smelled bad, needed updated. THEN found 2 oranges an empty coke bottle and pieces to a vape pen under the beds in our room.

When the front desk about this, they did not even apologize or say anything all, literally All she said was ¿what room? And ¿do you want a receipt¿ the microwave and fridge in a floor shelf, unsafe for toddlers! I will Never stay at Evergreen Inn again!

Nice staff and great breakfast.

Long black hairs on supposedly clean sheets. I¿m assuming it¿s from who ever made the bed. I never sleep in the sheets of a hotel anyways so out of sight out of mind. Other then that it was great.

good daily housekeeping. wifi speed is good

my vehicle got prowled while parked right by the front desk door, lost valuable items. front desk employee said they have been having vehicle prowling issues, but no steps to secure the property have been taken; there is a night desk employee on duty 24/7

Close to shopping and restaurants

parking tight

Clean and convenient, good breakfast.

Weird guy who I wasnt sure was actually another guest hanging out in the lobby. Kept talking to me and wouldn''t go away.

Downtown Location

Slightly better than a Motel 6 at twice the price

Breakfast, first floor room and the pool. Anyone can be happy here.

Difficult to navigate to. But what place in Seattle ISN'T hard to navigate to? Highly recommend the hotel and staff.

I had an issue with our original room and the hotel manager went out of her way to resolve the it and gave us a room upgrade. The breakfast bar included biscuits and gravy, sticky buns, sausage, fruit, cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt, and excellent coffee.

The pillows were awful there and everywhere else we stayed at in Washington.

SIZE OF ROOM. LOCATION. AVAILABLE CHANNELS ON DIRECT TVV INCLUDING HAVING ALL OF THE HBO CHANNELS.

NOT A THING.

It was close to where I needed to be and it was very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast on the morning also.

It is unfortunately close to some train tracks. The train comes through twice in the middle of the night.

The staff was nice.

My room needed light bulbs, there was dirty water in the bathroom sink, the frig had a smell. The environment outside the hotel is loud. They need to update the hotel.

It was in a central location, very nicely kept, and just overall had a very safe feeling to it. Add in free breakfast and free parking, this place was great.

The walls seem to be paper thin so we were woken up at about 6:30 AM by children running and screaming in the hallways and the train blasting its horn as it went by outside. You could hear every toilet flush, housekeeping vacuuming a bit too early.
