Nice and clean. Comfy and quiet ! Great staff and lovely place to stay for work out of the hustle

Check-in was easy. Staff were polite and personable. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet property. Great to be able to hear the river in the background. We really enjoyed our stay.

I love this place! Reminds me of places my parents stayed while traveling when I was a child. Friendly staff, super clean, quiet and right on the river. I come to Monroe frequently for horse shows won¿t stay anywhere else from now on.

Wish there was AC but they do supply fans for the rooms.

The room was in an older building, but it was in immaculate condition. I have probably never been in a better maintained and handsomer room. Nothing was damaged; nothing needed repair. The setting is lovely, with a stream running behind the property.

Stay here for work everywhere and will continue to do so. Great little place, well taken care of and the owners are great .

The hospitality of the Owner. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. This motel is absolutely beautiful

close to hyway 2 and road to pretty bird.

bath could use a vanity, no where to lay combs and brushes.

The bed and bedding

The price is too high in my opinion The woman at the front desk gave incorrect information. She was too lazy to verify the information she gave me . Which proved to be incorrect when I took it upon myself to get verification on-line and with the owner the following days I reviewed my cc statement and found the motel has charged me for 4 nights when I stayed only 3 nights. I called the motel office and the same woman answered the phone. I asked to speak with the owner. She askes me what for ? I told her She hung up the phone . I called back immediately and no one picked up my calls. I keft 2 vm . Its been 4 days and have yet to have a return call . The owner is very nice and runs the business very well ....that is when he is the one making decsions.

Large room, comfortable, clean and well-maintained older property. Easy access to room. Sliding back door to patio area. Would stay there again.

No A/C, the room, the bathroom, and the furniture is not handicap friendly. Access to the property is on a limited site turn.

It was a quiet, modest and clean room and the creek was a pleasant bonus. The staff was friendly.

Large rooms, well appointed, backed up to a creek

Interior was updated with 3 sleeping options. Refrigerator, microwave. View out back slider was good. Staff was friendly and helped with AC issue.

Shares property with a permanent resident trailer park. Had no issues, but some hung out in parking lot barbecuing. AC was held in window by a stick and a piece of cardboard covered the open space. It didn’t work at first but staff came and helped and got it working. No deadbolt on the door. Very pricey for location and motel with the things mentioned above.

The lady who ran the place was pleasant.

The motel reminded me of the Bates motel in Psycho. My door didn't lock, my room was musty, the air conditioner didn't work. It was located in the middle of a trailer park.

The 2nd room was good to stay in. The lady was nice that helped us at the window.

It wasn’t a bad stay the lady was nice and helpful. But The first room they gave us was dirty it had dirty towels with makeup all over it they were laying on the bathroom floor. It looked like someone just got done taking a shower before we came in. It seemed like the room wasn’t cleaned before check in. We were given a new room after she told us her cleaning lady must be slacking. she also went to check the others rooms she was thinking about giving us.But the new room they gave us was ok to stay in for the night, it was clean, beds were made and had all the needs like a regular hotel room.

Cute little motel off the beaten path and it backs up to the river. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the sound of the running river to sleep to was amazing.
