Pros +
- The front desk staff was great. When I mentioned the issues, we had I was told she would inform the manager and have the manage contact me. The desk staff confirmed my contact information. I was not contacted to date. I plan on challenging the charge
- Walking distance to attractions. Dog friendly.
- The location being walkable distance to main part of town (about 2 blocks away) was awesome. I can walk around at midnight to see the lights when no ones around.
Cons -
- The carpet transition from the entry way (wood flooring to carpet) was frayed creating a potential tripping hazard (photographs available), the bathtub did not drain (standing water) (photograph available), the walls were dirty.
- No microwave in room
- The room feels a little dated, but the beds are still super comfortable and clean.
