Pros +

Location, quiet, the separate courtyards
Great location, sweet room, very comfortable.

Cons -

Everything was very very old or not user-friendly. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were the worst I’ve ever seen, old, flat and stained. The set up of the coffe pot was unusable and there was no follow up or info from the staff
No hot water for jacuzzi tub; we called early evening but no return call. Owner seemed irritated next day that he'd have to call a plumber, but no apology. Overall, he was not very friendly and we almost felt like an imposition.
