Saratoga Inn

Location

Hotel has a roof top bar which interfered with our elevators access. Also non guests used elevator all night till roof top closed which made it very noisy and we could hear it from your room.

The normal check in time was 3:30pm I had a wedding that started at 3pm and asked for an early check in The staff was AWESOME! We were able to check into out room by 2pm to get ready for the wedding. They went above and beyond!!!

I thought it was a little pricey. But if they are only open during the summer then it is worth it.

The staff were so nice! Breakfast was amazing! The room was clean & beautiful!

The price at booking should be what your charged. They have price modifications due to demand so price jumps up. Deceptive and should be disclosed on booking app so you expect to pay what you booked at. Plus had 20% discount on website then was told couldnt use since it was high season. It shouldnt be on website if not applucable. Anither way to drive up price. Will never stay here again.

Loved our room. Comfortable and cozy!

There was some renovation going on that we didn’t know about before we arrived…some noise and disorganization. The management did apologized and give a percentage off of our bill.

Lovely staff, went above and beyond for accommodating upon arrival.

Although our visit was mid winter... inside the inn was cold. Common areas were to cold to be in very long. Although, very lovely inn

Lovely inn. Very clean and right in town. The breakfast is yummy. The beds are comfortable and the linens are very soft. I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always wonderful

Loved our stay at the Saratoga Inn. Perfect location. The staff members were so accommodating and the breakfast was delicious ! The rooms had a beautiful view of the water! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

I liked the location and how roomy and comfortable the beds were. Staff service was friendly and prompt as well.

From the picture, I was sure we will stay in a water view but it was a parking lot view. I was really looking forward to a water view.

Charming historic Inn beautifully decorated and close to everything in town. Proximity to down town shopping and dinning within walking distance was fantastic! Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and they also offer afternoon treats and wine .

Our “room with water and Mountain View” had neither. Queen room was on first floor and looked out on a Main Street and we could only barely see a tiny glimpse of water between thick hedge across road. Booking needs to correct that . We were very disappointed upon checking in and opening balcony to busy road with a car parked directly in front and no sight of ocean or mountains. Truth. E told we didn’t spend much daylight time in room as so much to explore in Whidbey but if your wanting to relax on a porch and look at ocean make sure of room you select .

Location, breakfast, service from the breakfast crew.

Pillows. Your head sinks down into a hollow. So slightly firmer where they hold their basic shape would be nice. Need to have smart tv’s in all rooms.

We loved our room and the window seat with the INCREDIBLE view. What a lovely stay. We were sad to leave and hope to visit for 2 or more nights next time!!! This property is gorgeous! The bed was comfy. The shower had excellent pressure and the breakfast quiche was very good and the fruit was so very fresh.

Delicious breakfast Due to a complication with the ferry system we were unable to make it to the hotel for the first night of our stay. The host at the hotel graciously removed the entire charge for that night from our bill-much appreciated!

This hotel is exceptional! Our room had a beautiful view of Saratoga Passage and is just steps from Langley grocery and restaurants.wonderful staff, kind and helpful.they even had a plug in for our car!One more item, the breakfast is outstanding. No little cereal packets and cup of yogurt…a full meal which was served to us at a table with a tablecloth. Fantastic coffee!
