- Comfortable room, as expected at this price point. However Don't PAY EXTRA FOR THE BREAKFAST. I booked breakfast, the guy at the counter told us he preferred to work at the Everett location "where they do things right.". He then proceeded to lose my breakfast order, and I ended up missing breakfast altogether even though I paid extra for it.

- The lady who served breakfast was extremely disrespectful and arrogant. My colleague and I felt very uncomfortable because of this.
- I thought I had read in your website that it has a pool. That’s a main reason why I booked it. I was very disappointed to find out they don’t have the pool anymore. Don’t you know about it?
- No bar on the weekend.
