Pros +

  • most of the staff were great.
  • It was the only one available. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
  • Close location to the venue I was attending

Cons -

  • the first of 3 rooms was so noisy we couldn't sleep. the second room had no heat, we were told there was no empty rooms. no offer of extra blankets or heater. the third room was the first room we had. . have requested a refund. have not heard back
  • It was in a sad state of disrepair, however it looked like there was renovation going on in other rooms. Right on a busy street, it was very noisy. The beds were clean and comfortable, but the rest was poor.
  • The rooms smelled of smoke even though it says it is a non-smoking room. Sheets did not smell washed.

Nothing. It was horrible.
It was filthy. They didn?t change the garbage or clean surfaces. Broken flooring fixed with tape. Every surface was sticky. No wash clothes or enough towels. They canceled breakfast with a sign saying breakfast is canceled. Creepy people living there.
