Fairfield Inn Issaquah

Very nice room. Great bed and pillow selection.

I am accustomed to giving my credit card to be scanned "for incidentals" when I check into a hotel. I am NOT accustomed to having $100.00 immediately charged to that credit card when I check in, with the assurance it will be reversed upon checkout.

Location, cleanliness, affordable, staff, and comfort.

Showers have to be turned on from inside shower......you get blasted with cold water initially. There is no way to open door of shower at the end where you can reach the on/off without getting into shower. Poor design.

I like the accessibility to the freeway, the ease of free parking and the free breakfast. I especially like that they had milk to drink. I also enjoyed ample electrical outlets in the room. The pillows were great. Yay frig and microwave.

There was no clock in our room. Usually there is at least one time piece, usually in conjunction with an alarm. There was nothing at all.

Way overpriced for how old and run down it was. Shouldnt say restaurant as its a bar in the lobby.

Located close to grocery stores and restaurants

The shower did not work, bath had 2 inches of water after 30 minutes of running. I had to go through my work day of meetings unshowered. My previous day was quite physical. I asked for a refund and was told the manager would reach out. Hasnt happened

Great bed. Quiet location. Convenient to Issaquah. Sufficient parking.

Sink did not drain well. No refrigerator in room. Single elevator and only 2 staircases to a fairly spread out indoor corridor.

good pillows, and nice white sheets with a easy to work TV. Location was close to Duthie Hill mountain bike park once I figured out how to get there.

the big stain on the carpet, and it felt like I was in a time warp back to the 60"s

Breakfast was not included as advertised on your site. the hotel made good on it though we should not have to ask them to do that, it creates an uncomfortable situation.

The staff at front desk so helpful. hotel employee in lounge very attentive. Location to the bus and free shuttle to bus. Beautiful park nearby and super grocery. Very much enjoyed my stay.

The location

The t.v. in the first room didn't work they moved me. Nonsmoking but was by an exit door where people barely stepped out to smoke so the room entry smelled. When they cleaned rooms it looked like a mass eviction in the hallway with laundry. No breakfast

Staff was very helpful; check in was smooth, they answered all our questions, were professional and friendly, and arranged some transportation for us. Room was clean and comfortable.

We were hoping to soak in the hot tub and use the heated pool. Did not find out until after check in that it is only open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Boo! :-( No usb ports in room for phone chargers.

Hallways smell of old smoke. No mini-fridge or microwave No breakfast included.

Location and ease of service

Yes security. Back door lock wasnt latching and the security chain on room door was installed backwards providing zero security when latched. Poor maintenance at property.

It was definitely clean, and the bed was quite comfortable.

The TV in the room was a little bit outdated. I saw that there was a pool so I was excited for that but it wasn't open. I also hoped that because there was a pool that there was going to be a Jacuzzi but there was not one.

Room heater was bad. Set thermostat at 72 and it heated to 69. Turn it up to 74 and itthenwould heat to 77 Also the room key cards would not work all the time

Hotel was nice and staff was courteously

My room was right next to an exit door that was incessantly slammed every morning at 6-7 AM from people leaving the building. Also there was a problem with ants all over my room including but not limited to the bed, nightstand, and bathroom.

Clean comfortable hotel with free parking conveniently located just off I-90. Just what I needed in order to make an appointment in downtown Seattle the next day.

Location is very much closer to my work place.

I didn't like the cleanliness, staff was very poor in addressing the issues I mentioned. There were couple of spiders in the room and I told this to the staff in front desk. And they were like this is common and nothing to worry about. Very disappointed

For the price I would have expected it to be nicer. I got the hotel to sleep before I had to work that evening and I was awoken by a loud family next door and my AC unit started smelling of burnt wires. I finally just turned it off. It's also old.

Great location.

There were not full curtains in my first floor room. Creepy. One of the waitresses was the worst waitress ever! And I have been all over the world.
