Clean, attractive, easy parking

The room had a strong smell of floor cleaner when we walked in, which wasn't pleasant to us. We appreciate that it was a very clean room, but the cleaning product smell was very strong and my wife especially didn't like that.

Breakfast staff location comfort

The pull out bed in our room did not have a functional mattress, so we could not use it. It was riddled with exposed springs and had a rather disturbing stain on it.

Spacious very well kept rooms and facilities. Great staff. Just a super experience.

Really cheap toilet paper

Very clean and quiet rooms.

Checked in at 9:30 p.m. and had to wait for the clerk while he was answering questions on the phone to someone that has called asking about information about the rooms for a future group event. Should have had the person call back or put on hold instead.

Proper breakfast with real plates and cutlery. The food was excellent, offered great variety of options. The pool and hot tub were great. The games room with music playing really made this hotel top notch, it?s why I keep coming back to this property.

Would highly suggest robes be available for the rooms as other Hilton properties offer this amenity.

The front desk staff were very accommodating and positive positive during a stressful time when we were trying to warm up after a five day power failure.

It would be really nice if at least one of the breakfast staff spoke English as they could not understand several of our requests.

The kitchen and size of the room was perfect for the length of our extended stay. The lobby had fully stocked essentials for whatever we needed. The breakfast was FANTASTIC! Thank you so much to the kitchen staff!!

Staff was friendly most of the time. We found that Seattle area tended to be less than friendly so the staff was more friendly than the locals but it did seem to be out of the box for them.

I own a cleaning company, so my standard are high for the cleanliness of the room.the room didn¿t meet those standards. All vending machines with water were empty.

Lots of room.

The fan in the bathroom is super loud and can't be turned off. Fortunately, I was able to get someone to come in and stuff a towel in it so I could sleep.

This hotel is very clean, and the staff is the friendliest and most helpful we have come across in a long time! They had some amenities I wasn¿t aware until I arrived¿ game room with free video games, pool table, and tv with more video games.

This place is clean and quiet! Very comfortable stay. The only thing I would complain about is the potatoes offered at breakfast. They weren¿t cooked. I took that as the universe telling me, you don¿t need the potatoes!
