Modern, clean and well designed

Clean, loved pull out couch for third child.

Would have been nice to know parking was expensive and not included.

Rooms were spacious, free breakfast, the pull out bed looked nicer than most hotels (but I didn?t use it), microwave and refrigerator in room. Staff was kind.

The restaurant was very, very limited. They didn?t offer room cleaning daily (we are over the pandemic era of living and it?s not acceptable anymore to cut costs that way), parking at $15/night is an unnecessary charge for guests.

Excellent value. Great staff. Awesome restaurants w/in walking distance.

Charge for parking. I can understand during peak times, but when the hotel is quiet its tough.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

The pool was incredibly small and amenities were disappointing. I also find it ridiculous to be charged for parking after paying for the room.

Nice hotel, looks good. Breakfast included, price might be a little high, but compare that day it seems like this quality of hotel.

Need to request clean a room, Im not sure, we stayed couple days, I thought next day they will clean room, but they didnt. And kid might be had allergy for bed, detergent they use. But with 6 people only 2 of them had. So is not mean something wrongz

The front office manager put in extra effort to help return clothes that I had forgotten and left in my room. Her assistance went beyond what I was expecting and I want to recognize her help.

Parking additional cost

It is definitely close to almost everything in Issaquah. The location is nice.

Breakfast, even though it was hot food was cold. Front desk staff wasn't around in the morning when i tried to buy something else to eat and drink. Room shook slightly when trucks passed.

I like the location and the beds are pretty good. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good for hotel food.

The sofa in the room was grimy, as was the coat closet. The pillows weren't great.

Truly enjoyed my stay. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and quiet. The property is very clean. Breakfast services is good.

Clean and close to everything

No pen or scratch pad in room. But most hotels dont seem to have anymore :(

Was easy to find, clean, and the attached parking garage had a lot of spots available. We stayed one night for a youth sports tournament. This met our needs and was reasonable in room rate.

We've stayed at many hotels recently for 1 night due to youth sports. This one had the least appealing breakfast offerings, and they charge $12 to park. We were aware of the charge it just seems dumb. Amenities said wipes provided but they were not.

Refrigerator is set to be on for max 2 hours, so you need to reset it every 2 hours if you plan to keep anything safe in the refrigerator. Wish it could be left on longer.

Hotel parking fee is 20 a night :( not listed, also the swimming pool was not available. This is okay and not a deal breaker however this could and should have been updated on the site.

The Night staff who checked me into my room didn’t explain clearly about the parking area he also didn’t provide me directions to my room he could have been a lot more friendlier and informative

The room set up was very nice.

We were told there was a free breakfast but when going down, there wasn't anything out except for coffee, contrary to what the sign said. If it was out, it was totally missed so not well signed.

This hotel was clean and fairly easy to find. The front desk was following COVID precautions which was appreciated as we were traveling with a baby.

I'm sure it was just our room and sensitivity to sound with a baby, but we got the squeakiest room. Every door creaked and the bed was squeaky.
