Staff was nice and it was clean

Not close to mt rainier. When I booked they said they were. It’s an hour away

hotel was clean, staff was friendly

The continental breakfast offered little and was in a very small room.

It was very clean and staff were very polite and helpful.

The lamp next to the bed didn’t work but wasn’t a deal breaker

Refrigerator and television did not work and there was no elevator to get all my stuff up to the second floor

They tried to charge me a $50 fee and told me there better not be anything missing or broken in the room after me stay-

Location and easy to find

The hotel was okay. They were very nice. I was disappointed because the quality could have been better. When you arrive in your senior years it is harder to afford nicer hotels.

Sheets/towels were clean. Staff was very nice.

Not the best room or location. Neighbors were incredibly loud and sounded like they were genuinely in the room with us. Kept us up late and then woke us up earlier than we would have liked. Classic motel vibe, so it should have been expected.

Free breakfast and the staff were nice.

It had been smoked in and smelled like a bar. They had no spare rooms and did not offer any kind of voucher or compensation for my smoky, non- smoking room.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. We didn¿t partake of the breakfast offered but it looked nice and smelled great. Even though it¿s a bit out dated, we enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

The only comment I have is the noise level. There was some leaf blowing happening in the early morning hours just outside our room. That was a bit annoying. The tv controls are slightly outdated and confusing and out tv had a white line through it.

The beds where very old so had squeaky noisy even for the slightest moves so couldn¿t get proper sleep

Gave our reserved room away! We had made reservations a month in advance and they did not have our king bed. The room they did have smelled like smoke. They brought room freshener and new bedding up to us which we put on ourselves.

Awful experience!

Rooms are poorly insulated, so it's very loud. AC/heater horribly loud. No breakfast as advertised. Staff is not accommodating. Phone in room is broken. Hair on towels and in bed. Great if you want to listen to people fighting and dogs constantly barking

Definitely felt safer than staying in Tacoma.

For an economy room there really isn¿t anything to complain about. Decent towels and linens and the room felt clean.

Very close to our destination. Pleasantly surprised at the accommodations.

The room was billed as a King Room but the bed was maybe a queen but I think it was a full as we were right against each other and we are not big people. That was disappointing. Everything else was just fine. Employees were not wearing masks however.

No breakfast, they should have provided a packaged pastry. The mattress was bad needed to be replaced. No elevator to the second floor

Rooms were clean & staff was friendly & helpful. NO ELEVATOR, Towels were smallish.

Quiet and convenient

Due to Covid there was no breakfast at all included.

The room is spacious and clean

The internet didn't work. Asked the staff but being told it happens a lot when the wind is too strong. Didn't even bother to try reset the router. The family next to our room was loud and the wall is thin, so we could hear kids playing and yelling.

The friendly staff and directions of a nice restaurant. Nice breakfast.

Rooms are clean and have been updated recently. The free breakfast was OK with limited choices.

The walls are thin and I often heard my neighbor even late at night.
