Marshall Suites Bainbridge Island, SureStay Collection by BW

Love the practicality of the suites with couch and sitting area, as well as little kitchenette. It's nice that drinks and snack are offered without cost. Also a sweet collection of young child toys and books.

Would love a small assortments of necessities in kitchen but understand why it's difficult to keep stocked.

Furniture in the room was chipped and stained- room was smaller than expected. Toilet ran slow and backed up.

Staff was just outstanding! Friendly, well informed, and empathetic, rare commodities in this era.

More housekeeping staff might be helpful. I have stayed here before in the past and I was sad to see it is not quite up to par as it used to be. Nonetheless it¿s a great location and it¿s certainly an OK place to stay. Very nice for families.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's our go to in the seattle area. 5 minutes driving from the ferry - also walkable from the ferry.

This time there was hair all over the bathroom floor when we got to our room.

It was the most convenient hotel for our needs. It's egress and private, secure parking made travel easy.

The one thing that bothered us the most was the lack of appropriate seating areas for the breakfast buffet. Often, we would find ourselves sitting on a couch or armchair, trying eat from a distant end-table.

Staff was very friendly and rooms were spacious

Couldn't eat breakfast due to roaches being spotted in our rooms! Was very disappointed and felt cheated. They didn't even offer a breakfast refund or apologize.

This hotel is not good. It’s old and crappy and the beds are those really old mattresses, the shiny blue ones that cost like 200$ each. The room was old and dirty, set up weird and it was obvious that it cost way to much money becuase if location.

Helpful staff.

First room, T.V. did not work. Had to change rooms. Second room was on side of building with a very active gas station below us. Would like to have slept with open window and fresh air: not possible.

We were on Bainbridge for a party event. Not an easy location to find a room, and this hotel was perfect for our needs. They even had covered parking.

Ask for quiet room. Room was on a corner sigh busy street and gas station and parking garage entrance. not exceptable. Desk person had no map of hotel and did not know where rooms located. But gave me another room to look at. Was large one bedroom. Nice

Convenient location and within walking distance of stores. Clean and friendly staff.

There were issues with their access cards for the garage and room a couple of times where they weren't working. It was a quick fix though.

The breakfast was not what I expected from best western... It was comparable to a travel lodge breakfast sausage was gross...cream cheese but no bagels...eggs were watery..gross..it was definitely disappointing as best western usually has great breakfast

Very nice, large rooms with very comfortable beds. I really liked that they had on demand cable and a wonderful breakfast buffet. Worth the price.

The room was huge and clean. And the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. There's also a secure underground parking garage, which was comforting. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

The Marshall Suites were in very good condition. The staff was engaging.

Hotel was great. Room excellent. Close to where I needed to be. Close to restaurants, etc. It was great.
