The beds were covered in urine & blood stains, the floors were covered in trash & dirt. The blow dryer was held together with hot glue, & the coffee maker shorted out. Hot tub was covered in box springs, there was blood on the ground along the corridors.

We did not stay longer than 5 minutes. I would like my money back, we found bed bugs in our room

The first room two times the key cards never worked and the reception had to come open with master key then when we checked the curtain was torn and we just thought that was the only fault then we went to shower and the shower was faulty and not as clean

This hotel was convenient to our location.

When we arrived, we were 2 hours before check-in time. The room was ready, but the staff charged us $20 to check in early. Not the type of customer service that wants you to return. There was a Motel 6 just up the street.

They didn't bother me. It was clean for as old as it is.nice people safe no one wandering around. Like some in the area and especially Federal Way I appreciate the fact that they don't have people who wonder area cars and hallways

The bed was old and sink in.coffee in room was decaffeinated only, dirty pot No breakfast left 30 minutes before close.i feel if it goes above 80.00 it should have a bit more to offer.

We booked a room for 2 days it was only cleaned once when we were getting ready to check out.

Yes. The only reason why I booked this room was for the pool so my family can swim. And when we showed up they said there was no pool, also there wasn't any breakfast like mentioned in the description

The bed was comfortable and the TV was modern.

Everything was dirty. I spilled some water on the floor and cleaned it up with a white towel that turned brown. There were screws in the countertops holding the formica down. Obvious mold in the corners of the grout in the bathroom. Holes in the wallpaper

Hot shower and free parking

Seedy neighborhood, breakfast was a yogurt and an apple in a bag, airport next door starts it's day about 7am, room was old and and smelled like smoke, they overbooked my room so instead of 2 beds we had 1 so half the family slept on the floor, no pool.

It was very dirty, ac leaking water ¿¿ right by the power cord. No hot water. We had to finish making the bed. We will never stay there again.

No elevator for elderly or handicapped to get to 2nd floor room. Brochure showed a non-existing breakfast included. That is a false statement. There was no breakfast included.

No hot tub, apple and yogurt in a bag for breakfast and nothing as mentioned on the website.

There was no breakfast included and they lie and say they had run out of food and blamed the supply chain. Same excuse was used a year ago. The info needs to be updated so that they are not advertising breakfast. For a non smoking room it stunk.

Mold around bathtub - when mentioned to person at the desk I was sloughed off as not important Refer needs defrosting Dirty washcloth in bathroom sock on floor (guess they didn¿t vacuum) Cigarette burns on chair, bedspread Room needs maintenance

I had to pay a $100 deposit even though the room was already paid for, no hangers, refrigerator froze all my food solid, no breakfast provided although advertised in the office, I had to fight to open my door, I couldn't get 1 more extra wash cloth.

This hotel is a disgrace. There was no shower curtain or TV remote in the forest room. Half the lights didn't work in the second room. They didn't service the rooms or provide fresh towels. Way overpriced for a filthy room that's in horrible condition.
