Comfort Inn Auburn - Seattle

It was so quiet I rested well bed was very comfortable room was clean,spacious I loved everything about this place pool,hot tub was perfect I will definitely be back! No bugs!

Manager is excellent employee. Greets you when you arrive. Very professional.

Thr deposit still after4 days has not been refunded..

The staff was great and accommodating. The hotel though is outdated, straight from the 80s, rooms need some paint (bathroom door paint chipped), ceiling above was squeaky, could hear people walking upstairs.

Bed was comfy and room was clean easy check in

Yeah the power in my room kept going out the entire night of my stay. The front desk said it was a building wide thing but yet others on the same floor had power tvs on and everything. So for only to have power every ten minutes or so for only a few sucks

Clean, friendly and full breakfast every morning

The staff (gentleman) was great. Very sweet and genuine. I loved the experience. We were meeting friends and he put us next door. Very accomadating.

My only complaint is the bed was uncomfortable. Woke up with sore hips. Other than that everything else was excellent.

The hotel was amazing, and the Front desk lady she was Awesome. She welcomed us with a smile and a cheerful attitude and was so very helpful.

Maintenance issues were abound in our room: - Toilet seat was loose - Tub spout was loose - No water pressure from the shower - Tub was chipped - Paint from the ceiling above the tub was flaking off

It was very clean. Bed was comfortable and the sheets very soft. Nice breakfast in the morning.

Everything was great.

The room is smelly. Carpet is dirty. We all got chlorine rash from swimming.

Clean rooms with attentive staff. Good location for our traveling purposes. I appreciate hot breakfast options.

There was a little too much chlorine in the pool causing my eyes to sting so I could stay as long as I wanted.

I appreciated the convenience of the property as well as the professionalism of the staff

The rust ring in the bottom of the toilet, the housekeeping staff didn't return after I informed them that I was leaving the room in an hour, and the desk clerk the night before I was set to check out deterred me from loading my car

Clean rooms foods was alright

didnt like that when checking in I had to move out my last night and will be comp for 1 night for my trouble didn't like the stress it put me into 2 days later I can stay but move to another room and they didn't comp me as agreed when checking in bad BU

The night time first desk dude and customer service in general there was top notch out of any hotel I've been to

Slightly easy to hear from room to room it was only bad for a couple hours doesn't mean it will happen always

I liked the receptionist She might be one of the nicest people I've met in a long time. Also, the breakfast and cookies in the evening were awesome. The pool was average but my kids still loved it and that's what I wanted

Lots of rusty things, the pool furniture looked pretty bad. The rooms were pretty darn clean, but a little more attention to small details work be nice. There was some questionable smudges on the wall and bathroom door, and a few strands of hair by bed
