Spacious and comfortable. The location on the lake was excellent. Extremely clean.

They need to put in some new door sweeps, especially for the door facing the lake. The wind comes under that door and makes it a bit drafty.

This property is located lake front on Mallet bay with great views of the bay and marina. It was easy to get to and is convenient to the marina and restaurants. It was a clean well maintained property.

Very convenient to neighboring towns and right on the water with spectacular views. Comfy bed and well appointed. Private beach and fire essentials made for cozy evenings! Deb and Neil were also super friendly and responsive.

It’s on a busy street, so it’s not a secluded getaway, but that didn’t impact our enjoyment. Just was a bit of a surprise.

Being right on the lake was fantastic. We loved that we had all 3 stories and it technically wasn’t attached. It was well thought out in every way. Loved the fireplace on the deck.

Luxurious, spacious, clean, everything you could want in accommodations.Neil and Deb contacted us the morning of our stay to make sure we has all the check in info. When we arrive it was easy to find and very close to Burlington. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare a nice meal, living room had comfortable furniture and a warm beautiful fireplace. The patio outside had a firetable which we would have loved to use if it wasn't raining, they even gave us mini smore kits for it! The king size bed was comfortable and the bedroom was spacious. The bathroom had a beautiful huge luxurious soaker tub with rainfall style shower, the bath was so nice it felt like a spa treatment! The views were amazing too! We are already discussing our next trip back and can't wait to stay here again, it's well worth the money!

The property totally exceeded our expectations in every way! No matter where you are inside you are gazing out onto the breathtaking harbor. It is mesmerizing! The kitchen and bathroom are upscale and exceed any top scale resort. The bed was very comfortable and plush. The deck had a grill and propane fire pit as well as every type of water activity available and included. Kayaks, paddle boards, row boat, beach and fire circle. The location is very close to everything including Bayside Park and the nearby biking trails which was why we were there. This property was perfect in every way! We wished would could have stayed longer and Neil & Deb the hosts were wonderful with communications in advance so we were totally prepared.

Wonderful property - dog-friendly, lots of room, nicely finished, very clean, helpful hosts. It had a well appointment kitchen and 2 large baths. Lots of privacy. Beautiful spot on the lake, with a dock and pontoon boat rental available. Fire pit and some non-motorized water raft to use (kayak, SUP, etc).

Lots of spiders on the decks, so we didn’t use them. Living area would benefit from more soft seating (maybe a loveseat).

Gorgeous place… would love to return! Loved the access to the Lake/Bay, view of the boats, & the fire pit outside. Inside was clean & comfortable for our overnight stay.

The view of Mallet's Bay was outstanding. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The bathroom was very nice, but there should have been a powder room, especially since this place is offered as accommodation for four adults.

The king bed was totally worn out, causing excruciating back pain, obviously a castoff from the owner(s). The pillows were flat and also worn out; we had to buy two new pillows for ourselves so we could get some semblance of a decent sleep. We had 2 adult guests with us and there were no linens for the sofa bed. No pillow cases for the three old extra pillows. Parking was available but difficult to maneuver in because of a pickup and trailer parked behind us, working on an adjacent property during the daytime hours. The road was quite busy and difficult to merge into from the driveway. The guests in the apartment upstairs made a lot of noise that did not abate until about 1 AM. A lot of money to spend for this many issues.

Beautiful views. Three bedroom property with really nice views. Owners were really nice and provided items that were missing. About 15 minutes from Burlington.

It's kind of difficult and confusing to enter the property, especially at night. There is poor lighting and very little signage. Fairly big property but lacks a "living room" area, especially evident when there is bad weather and you can't hang out outside.

great Position on the lake, very cosy. great coffee supply thanks. it is really a small (attached house) and even in winter nothing beats the view. a lot of attention to detail, nice soaps and good towels. BBQ. good communication. nicely heated. essential grocery store less than a mile with good wine selection. It was perfect for two. There is a pullout couch on the gallery but it is open to the kitchen and living room - for information. great bathroom with even jacuzzi bathtub which we didn’t try but want to mention and even a second full bathroom next to the kitchen.

It was a fantastic location with a lot of charm. The owners were friendly and made us feel welcome. I HIGHLY recommend this property. We will be back. The family is still talking about how happy they were to stay at this location.
