Pros +
- The breakfast was pretty good. Room was nice and close to hospital.
- The staff were helpful
- The front desk clerk. Exceptional service.
Cons -
- The tree in parking lot need some keep. Had some I assume and knocked a branch that dropped and made a small dent and scratch in my car.
- The room was not cleaned during our stay. We had to ask the desk for fresh towel. The room was cold and we had to run the thermostat at 76degrees plus to offset the cold air coming thru the exterior walls and windows.
- The room service was inadequate, with the rooms remaining uncleaned for several nights. Additionally, the staff displayed inconsistency in their attentiveness, being selectively cordial to certain guests.
