Quality Inn Colchester - Burlington

Heat did not work. I was offered a small space heater to heat our room. Only about 1/4 of the television stations worked. Price was extremely high due to leaf season, I’m guessing. Extremely disappointing visit, and absolutely not worth the price charged

The breakfast options

The hotel was doing renovations. My hotel room door was warped. You needed to shove the door open and yank the door closed. You could hear that with surrounding doors.

Thew reoom hads a bug cementary next to A/C and wall. I requestewd to have the housekeeing crew to clean it the nex day. Did not happen. The entry way door shows attempted brake ins'. The bath caluking looks like a child installed it.

Bugs on the floor, toilet running all night, a/c to noisy

They gave me a great room location. 1st Floor, pull right up to my door and it was a Choice Gold Member parking spot!

Convenience to airport & price

There was no conditioner in the shower, it hadn?t been refilled, the room got cool enough but never got cold even at the lowest setting

The staff was pleasant not very helpful

It was apparently in a bad part of the city because the cops were there half the night, we left. But still paid for the room

Location.

Hotel in desperate need of update/remodel. Heater in room was malfunctioning - set to 86 degrees and could not be lowered. Front desk staff was apologetic but unable to fix. No real management on site. Breakfast was sorely lacking the basics!

There wasn't much to like about the hotel other than it's location.

The heater for our room literally caught on fire night one.Had to move 3 times in 3 nights, none of the heaters worked properly. Waffle maker didn't work right, cockroach in bathroom.

Price, but you get what you pay for.

Breakfast was horrible. Whoever made the waffle mix really screwed it up. Most of all the toilet was so short, my knees hit my chin while taking a crap!

Location was fairly convenient

Very run down. Cracks in the sink and tub, rust on the fixtures. Lots of deferred maintenance.

Everything. - we did not stay. Tried to check out moments after seeing the room. But told at desk we would not.

The bed was comfy

Everything. Rude staff. Dirty room. And they mixed up our checkout date, panicked, left me a nasty voicemail saying "my stuff is still in the room," charged my credit card IMMEDIATELY, and then realized they made a mistake afterwards.

It was located close to UVM and easy to get to get to. It's away from the traffic of downtown.

Reviews said it was dirty, and I didn't believe them due to nice pictures. Unfortunately, reviews were correct. It's Gross! The heat/AC didn't work. The smoke detector went off at 5AM and no one would pick up the phone. Outside entry doors don't lock,

I arrived and there was still food in the fridge from the previous patron. The bathroom was dirty and the shower curtain had mildew and soap scum on it. The price for the hotel was doubled due to events at the local college. At least clean the rooms well.

Breakfast, professional and courteous staff, clean and quiet decent rooms.

Utter chaos on checkin. No one's key worked after several tries. AC out in some rooms. A dump.

Nice hotel in a good location with an elevator, comfortable beds and good shower. WiFi and TV worked well. I appreciate the coffee, microwave and refrigerator in-room. Breakfast had hot and cold choices.

Unfortunately the scrambled eggs were taste-less - were they watered down or powdered eggs? - either way is yucky.
