The lady at the 11-7 shift at the desk had a nasty additude. The clock and phone did not work. I had to call the front desk on my cell phone. There were dead bugs in the room. No elevator so if you have big heavy bags. Expect to carry them up the stairs.

Had roaches, everything stayed damp, pool was locked everyday but one

Bathroom was damp, floors and towels never dried. There is a moisture problem in this hotel's bathrooms. It is not worth the --- dollars they charge.

Had to report an employee to corporate for banging on my door after 11pm over a $25 pet fee they failed to collect earlier. Almost called 911, it was that aggressive.

I did not like anything about this hotel. The lady up front was very rude and not trying to help us out at all. The hotel had roaches. It was very disgusting.

I am never staying here again. I requested a room change and the lady up front would not let us change rooms because we had a dog and literally told us because we have a dog we have to stay with the roaches so I immediately checked out. Never again.

Location, price. Bed was comfortable.

The fact that when my guest and I arrived in the provided room, there was a big stain on the bedspread and we reported it and left. We did not even occupy the room. I wasted my money on a room I didn¿t even stay in.

room was smelled urine, then the reception tried offer another room that smell was worst and even the receptionist agreed.. none another room available..

I didn't even check in because it smelled so badly of smoke inside and looked very sketchy - to include the front desk being behind a barrier. I lost out on more than $--- because I refused to stay there.

The housekeeper had came to clean the room everyday

It¿s smelled of cigarettes(it¿s not for anyone with respiratory issues and breakfast options are limited if your a vegetarian not much of an option.

I was on the bottom floor getting ready for bed, wanted to make sure the window was locked, the window was broken, stayed up all night, making sure nobody came in the window. I did not feel safe at this place. Lots of sketchy people.

Friendly person at front desk very helpful and very very nice checking in at night and leaving in the morning

I was clean and the bed was very, very comfortable.There is a grocery store right around the corner and a convenience store across the street. The mall is about five minutes away.

The breakfast could have had some fresh fruit, but it was okay.

Door leading to the rooms had a door that did not close all the way. Someone could have come in from the street & straight to our doors. YIKES!

The staff being harassing and rude and kicking people out because they woke up late at 11:10 and was harassed until 11:30 a to get out That woman is a nasty woman.

The breakfast was good, the room was okay the service at the desk could have been better.

It showed that it was pet friendly and then charged me $25 pet fee. That should be listed in the hotel information. I did not have much choice but to book that place because I was too tired to continue driving.

The room I stayed was okay with the usual amenities and no rotten cigarettes smell.

An average hotel indeed. Half the hallway is stench cigarettes smell. The The smell is extremely strong and awful.
