Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with many hot choices. Location was close to many stores and restaurants.

Parking could be tight if you arrive late at night.

The pool didn't open till 10am, which is late in the day.

The original room was set up for an invalid;the heating unit was somewhat noisy. The staff was extremely cooperative in making the room change.

Soundproofing was terrible. Thought the people above us were going to come through the ceiling.

The breakfast was a real breakfast, not just a few items unlike other places I¿ve experienced.

The maid service was odd, they came in, changed towels and emptied trash but did not make the bed or replace the coffee in the coffee area.

No bar of soap provided. Had to use body wash from the shower to wash my hands. I stayed 2 nights and my room didn't get cleaned at all in between the 2 nights.

The location is great and the parking is plentiful. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The rooms are renovated and well maintained.

While the house keeping staff is amazing; the front desk is rather rude and appear indifferent. Breakfast is average with very limited options especially in the choice of cereals and beverages. There is only one elevator- used by both customers & staf.

There were many ants in the room/bed. We needed to move rooms, but given no compensation or assistance with this. The pool was closed during hours that it said it would be open.

Comfortable beds. Clean hotel and room. Clean pool and good breakfast.

The Location is in a good place for quick runs and shopping and eating.

I did not like that upon entering my room it had a musty smell. I did not like that I had to endure running jumping thumping stomping above my head daily. I did not like that the room was dirty with poorly made beds and a thin short blanket.

The front desk lady was nice and helpful.

The room had a bad smell. You noticed it the minute you walked in. Smelled like wet carpet or the A/C unit filter had never been changed. The room rug was stained, crushed and dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty and you stuck to it when you walked on it.

Staff was very helpful and exceptionally nice. The location for my stay was great. Hotel was clean and well kept.

Shower heads need to be clean more often.

The convenience. There were several restaurant and fast food options nearby as well as gas stations and a shopping mall. The young lady that checked me in was super nice and friendly. She seemed to genuinely care about stay.

We were very pleased with the staff, the food. Just a great experience.
