Its location is away from the main roads and highway very peaceful surroundings. The Hotel Staff is excellent the Free Breakfast and Coffee is always Excellent
I love the location isolated from traffic noise and yet close to a places to shop Hiking places and lakes close by.
Location. Stayed here 2020 summer as a I travel nurse. Place has tremendously declined in customer service. Clerks were very condescending & rude. Had me 2 try 2 fix TV versus changing my room. I had to DEMAND another room. Both clerks were RUDE!

Customer service has DECLINED! Notified hotel TV NOT working. I was told to ÃÂ¢Ã¢ÂÂ¬ÃÂ tryÃÂ¢Ã¢ÂÂ¬ÃÂ various maneuvers to get TV to work. After unsuccessful 20 minutes I DEMANDED another room. Clerk was very condescending & rude. Place has gone downhill tremendously
Air conditioning system was a little loud.
It was the perfect hotel experience in our travels. There was nothing we didn't like.

Convenient location,clean and comfortable,friendly and helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Having the kitchenette in the room saved me time and money as I didn't need to eat at restaurants during the 3-day convention I was attending.

The entire staff that we came into contact with, were great. Very friendly. The breakfast was much better than most hotels. Also, the weekday complimentary dinners were tasty and much better than expected. Best hotel we've stayed at in quite a while.

Air conditioning system was a little loud.

Cleanliness, most important, well above our expectations. Decor, ammenities, social hour refreshments were wonderful, beds and pillows very comfortable. Staff were very polite and friendly. We will seek out Homewood Suites in all our future travels.

It was brand new and there was everything you would need and love to of space

The motion sensor light in the bathroom kept going on and off

Strong smell of cigarette or cigar smoke in room. Should never happen in todayÂ¿s world. Probably wonÂ¿t stay there again.
