Residence Inn by Marriott Potomac Mills Woodbridge

Location and staff

The rooms need upgrade

Huge spacious room, great breakfast, large pool.

Spent 4 nights. Housekeeping did not come in once. So acquired alot of trash and ran out of towels every day. Hottub was good temp night 1, pool cold night 2, BOILING hot night 3 (a lady passed out in it) and lukewarm bath temp night 4.

There were two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms

The fridge did not work the entire time so our food spoiled. They gave us ice but guess what else didn¿t work, the freezer. So it melted. The tech came in and claimed it was fixed and we waited for a change but nothing happened.

I like the amenities, friendly staff , location is great for my needs. The beds are very comfortable, lots of room to spread out. Desk for working.

Some of the cabinets are dated, old and sticky. It is bit overpriced, wish they would consider coming down on the price some.

Location is great, rooms are clean..

The staff are becoming rude, I¿ve been coming here for years. They turn your hotel key off at 11am! Room check out is at 12 Noon that¿s the biggest disappointment

The customer service was very nice and pleasant. It was very quiet and comfortable and everything was clean and sanitized.

Location, plus hot breakfast (which they didn’t have)

Yes, we had to pay $10 to park are car in there parking lot. They advertise hot breakfast.... there was bananas, cold muffins... coffee... that was one main reason for going to that hotel. We had to spend $35 for breakfast at Bob Evans down the street

Great location and warm pool!

Left brand new bathing suit in room. Called an hour after checkout and told them location. They "couldnt find it". Breakfast was gross.

Breakfast included, cleanliness, and no problems

We paid for a kitchen & a sofa bed in addition to our king size bed that we didn't need or use. At the desk they asked whether we had a car and since we didn't walk there from NY we had to pay an exra $10 for 1 night. We were told the normal is 2 wks stay

It was close to my destination

We were given a handicap room. Was not told this was the only choice. Bathroom was rusty and shower was extremly dirty. The handicap chair that was in the shower was there at time of conception of the hotel. Sheets were not fresh and clean.

Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and complimentary breakfast.

Room was spacious and clean. Internet access was good. The pool and workout room were also fairly good. Location was great for what I needed to do while I was there.

Ceilings and walls are thin. I could hear the people above me walking around. I could also hear dogs barking at various points as the hotel allows pets.

Hotel staff was friendly Breakfast was excellent Monday -Wednesday meet & greet with food was a nice perk

I loved the evening cookies and snacks.

Staff was scant at times and so were extra hangers.

Always clean and convenient

Prices too much

I loved the King Sized bed! Very comfortable!

The cleanliness and room set up

The Room.

Hotel was fine. Room was a bargain

The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming.
