Hampton Inn Potomac Mills/Woodbridge

The carpets smell old and moldy. Bathroom was rundown and not throughly cleaned.

The young man that checked us is was great. Not only nice and respectful, he had a good sense of humor. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean service was awesome breakfast was good.

Bathroom door VERY difficult to close as it rubbed LOUDLY on the floor for 1/3 of the distance to close.

Streaming on television did not work in morning. Water pressure low. Neighborhood was not good.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was pleasant. The free breakfast was plentiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

To enter the hotel after hours you don't need a key to unlock the front door or elevators + there was no one at the front desk watching. I entered at midnight, no one at the front desk, troubling. Rude staff too. hotel employee are awful. AVOID!

This Hampton, was like brand new inside and out it was very safe and very clean

The lady who checked me in, never welcomed me and I was quite surprised to feel an alien by her attitude The cleaning lady was almost rude. Location is in an isolated place.

I had to pay basically full price for half the amenities. Prices raised everyday and no service everyday. False advertisement. THIS PLACE HAS NO DAMN POOL.

$100 incidentals charge because of the high rate of theft from the hotel. It felt kind of creepy.

The hotel staff will try to lie to take money from you.I paid for my room online it was supposed to be paid in full then when I got there 100 deposit when I left the hotel that morning check my card about 5pm and 250 dollars was missing from my card.

Room was clean

They owe me $-- for being charged twice for one night not getting my $100 deposit back when I left and then charged $250 trying to say I smoked in the room which never happened I only smoked when I walked my dog. The only thing I put a butt in the trash

terrible receptionist.....blocked off parking lot forced us to walk extra and carry heavy loads...room was next to ice machine....bad experience

Nothing at all

Customer service representatives were very customer friendly, and were very knowledgeable.

The sink was coming off the hinges, the water was not draining in the tub, and there was hair on my sheets.

Super Friendly and Helpful People. Great Location for the excursions we had planned. Breakfast to go... Coffee at 4:30 am thank you!!!
