Good location, very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and free coffee and tea available all day.
The pool and gym were very small but empty most of the time so if you plan on using it that’s a good thing.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and in an amazing location. The evening front desk receptionist was absolutely the greatest worker I have ever met. He literally brought extra joy to our stay.
There was nothing to not like. Absolutely stunning place to stay with amazing staff.

I stay at this hotel every time my family and I visits. The staff is always nice and the breakfast is pretty decent. The staff always makes sure our stay is great and we are welcomed the moment we step foot in the lobby. I love that there is an indoor pool and the hotel is always nice and quiet. If you have an opportunity check this hotel out!
The pool was a bit cold but that’s not something that would stop me from going.

Our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were CLEAN. The beds and shower were very comfortable. It was quiet. The pool was Great & I could go on & on & on! We will definitely be staying there Every time we’re in Williamsburg. BTW: I’m VERY hard to please….

The hotel was nice and so was the staff. The location was good. They had a clean lobby space.
There were a lot of issues with the room and the pool area had broken tiles. The towels and bed sheets were also stained and had hair on them when we first arrived. The breakfast was bland or over salty and there was a guy who kept coughing all in the buffet area which made it un-appetizing.
